Well-made bag, that needs more pockets.
I do low-voltage (network) installs, with the occasional auto electronics install. I was stacking my cheap tool wallet to its absolute limits, and needed something larger and more robust. This bag definitely fits the bill. It is well-made, with thick material. The pockets are tight and hold objects securely. The long, thin top pocket is perfect for holding zip ties and a few pair of nitrile gloves. However, I am having to double stack many of the pockets, as there simply are not enough of them. That is my only beef with this product. The shoulder strap has a gel pad that is extremely comfortable. As another reviewer mentioned, balance can be an issue, but I usually carry the bag in my hand, without the shoulder strap, and it is very manageable. Overall, a fantastic bag that will last a lifetime!

Good, but could be better
The tech bag is a good product. It's solidly built and gets the job done. Unfortunately, it has some drawbacks and flaws that hold it back from fully meeting its potential. The first concern I have is with the zippers. The rails seem fine, but the handles are attached to the glider oddly. The hoop isn't large enough to rotate properly unless the handle is in the perfect orientation, so it's often hard to just grab the zipper and go. This is a weird issue I've never had on anything else. The second problem I have is that the bag is front-heavy. If I remove my laptop, the bag often falls over. It doesn't help that I have such a light laptop. This is with a moderate load of tools throughout the various pockets. The feet on the bottom of the bag could have been designed to better handle different weight distributions, particularly by strengthening the one towards the front of the bag.Other than those two issues, I find the inner-most pockets to be somewhat useless if you intend to put anything in the compartment they're in. My iFixIt kit sits inside, making two of the pockets unreachable. This isn't really that big of a deal, but it looks odd. The only solutions would be to either remove the pockets or make the bag wider, which both seem like they'd make the product worse.I can look past these problems because the bag is built well and seems like it will hold up for a long time. The front pocket is nice and my laptop is well protected. I can carry plenty of tools for IT and electrical work with a bit of thought into organizing. The interior of the bag also makes it easy to find what I'm looking for, as it is orange.Overall, I am happy with this bag. It could be improved, but it is far from not being worth it.

Few things
Pros: Solid bag, lots of pockets, nifty light that’s plenty bright. Nice handles and quality shoulder strap with comfortable padding. Holds everything I need as a traffic signal tech. That includes 5 screw drivers( 3 6” 2 4”) , 1 lineman’s plier, 1 side cutter, 2 needle nose, a roger wrench, channel locks, wire strippers (x2), wire crimpers (x2), Klein Allen set, zip ties, Milwaukee m12 1/2’” impact, 1/4” hex driver, hammer drill, and 3/8 rachet, along with 4.0 batterie (x2), 2.0 batterie (x2) a headlamp and gloves. Last pro, the bottom of the bag is hard as a rock and sturdy as can be.Cons :don’t get it wet. Granted I was in a full blown down pour replacing a traffic cabinet, I had to bring it home and empty the bag of everything in order to get it to dry. More so for the tools, the bag would have been fine but it did hold moisture for 6-12 hours after the fact.Zipper tabs will send you over the edge during a long work day when things aren’t going right. They kick to the side perpendicular to the zipper jaw and make it incredibly annoying to have to send two hands to the zipper and fight the zipper tab strait so you can operate the thing. I just about tossed this bag in the road 11 hours deep into the pouring rain working on a fubar cabinet. Now the BIG con of this bag. ( I say that because the previously mentioned cons can be dealt with)The main zipper doesn’t open down the sides of the bag deep enough. I literally is just the top of the bag, and the way the bag is designed and the way it holds tools, they all wax inward toward the center of the bag, picture a Venus flytrap of you will. But instead of plant spikes, it’s screw drivers and plier handles. Now you have to spread the bag reach in for my Milwaukee m12 impact in order to pull it out, and then again to return it.Had the main zipper been maid to go down the sides of the bag another 3 inches on each end, it would be far easier to assess tools on the bottom.

This Klein bag is rugged, organized and conveniently lighted inside.
This tool bag is well made with plenty of pockets, pouches and hand tool (screwdriver, nutdriver, probes, etc) pockets inside. The removable led light illuminates the inside of this deep bag very well. The bag is really durable and sturdy. The design is well thought out providing a very organized bag for technicians. The downside, if any, is the the top doesn't open very wide so access to tools and items inside of the bag is tight and can be awkward at times.I recommend this Klein tool bag.

Get er done bag.
For anyone hesitant to buy because of the price can simply purchase a cheaper product and then regret it later when they see someone else with the bag they could of had. Lots of pockets inside and out. I'm an Access Control Technician and the bag works very well. I don't really care for the light. I never use it for looking inside the bag. I also bought the Klein backpack to hold my laptop and some tools. I plan to buy another one of these. Bite the bullet. The bag is an investment in being organized so you can get work done in a timely matter. Don't waste your time looking for tools like I've done in the past.

Great for what I need but has room for improvement
This Tool/Laptop bag is exactly what i was expecting it to be. It's great for my job as a technician at the Tesla Factory. Have only had it for about 6 weeks now and it hasn't had any issues so far.Klein Tools if you are reading this, the ONLY improvement i would want out of this is for a separate section specifically for the laptop and not having it be a part of the main section where all of the tools also go and it would be PERFECT. Just a suggestion.

Zip pullers
I like the bag however the zip pullers has come off could be better for such a pricey brand.

Excelente calidad

Nice pockets and compartments, but flimsy hardware.
Using it as a light-duty toolbag and computer bag, and the main zipper failed after less than 3 months. For this price, I feel like the hardware should be a lot more robust. It's a nice bag, but if you're actually going to use it for work, look elsewhere at this price point.

Garbage !
The bag does not open wide enough at all ! Extremely hard to grab your tools and put them away. Zippers feel very cheap ! . Should of just bought a veto mc pouch . I’m a huge Klein fan I’m in the hvac/r trade but this Klein product is garbage
