I only like buying quality stuff and when this discounted this year I picked it up right away. My wife even said this is a guitar that made her raise her eyebrows. I am a fan of neck thru. I do like the contour of the neck, it seems a little flatter and thinner than a Tele style, probably more like an SG. The body is larger compared to other guitars but that is part of the appeal. The electronics are excellent. BTW… it’s okay to be down with a guitar buying sickness. You can always have at least 3-4 guitars for different tones and tunings. Especially if the price is right.

Didn't need another guitar (10 total)but had this on my wish list for a while and the price dropped significantly. Glad I bought it. This is the third Schecter I own (XXX,Hellraiser) and as always schecter made another great guitar. The custom shop pick up is insane and is hotter than the active EMGs on my hellraiser. It really pushes the preamp tubes nicely on my amp. Just a warning , this thing is a heavy weight. About a pound more than my Les Paul.Not a bad thing,just heavier than average. As with most Schecters the setup was decent out of the box. Like I said , I really didn't need another guitar but I'm glad I bought this one. Great guitar. I really have a guitar buying sickness.
