Not worth it
We purchased this also and it blows fuses every week. Frustrating. We asked for a refund, but the company said we would be required to pay for shipping. The shipping cost was well over $100. This ice machine blows!

Buy Extra Fuses
I blow the internal fuse every time I unplug the unit without turning off the rocker switch on the back first. This isn't exactly ideal for a camper or office trailer application where power is intermittent.

Good customer service
Had problems with the first delivery, but the company was super about getting a replacement out fast. Just got it today and it’s making ice like a champ! Love this thing already!!
