I had recently purchased this coverage for a Samsung 4k tv I had bought and I really liked the customer service. Unfortunately the tv I had purchased was defective and could not get a replacement. I had cancelled the service plan and right away they had refunded my money. I still recommend getting this service plan if you ever purchase any coverage for electronics.
