I've been wanting a hot tub for years but didn't want to make an investment in the "real" thing as I wasn't sure if I'd lose interest after buying it. I got this in March during quarantine. I used it every single day in April and May. It was great. Comfortable fits 2 people. Can squeeze in 4. You sit on the floor but its super comfortable. There are no inner seats but still great. The highest heat is actually too warm for me. It was very easy to set up. I love that the heating unit is tucked neatly into the wall. I also love that it inflated at the press of the button. I got it going really quickly by filling it with hot water by running a hose from my washing machine faucet. It had trouble maintaining the heat during some really cold nights but by laying a sheet of bubble wrap on the water surface it maintained heat much better. The weekly shut off of the heat is annoying and when I turned the heat off and the tub cooled down it took forever to reheat by itself. A degree an hour is probably right if not too cold. I suspect the wall might have a little hold as I have to reinflate twice a week, but still 100% worth it and I would buy it again. I estimate my electric bill went up about $100 per month.

I was very very happy with this for 5 days. It was easy to set up, very comfortable, heat up well, my kids and husband also loved it. On day 6 the pump stopped working and the heater was malfunctioning -reading 127 degrees and feeling like 95 degrees. Very disappointed. I contacted the seller and plan to exchange. I’d like to give it another try! I will update my review once that happens.So the seller took my return for full refund-I bought it again-the bigger version. It arrived with scratched feet-clearly used...I set it up to give it a try-the air was coming out somewhere after a few hours. I want to return this for a full refund. I’m done. They want me to fix it and refund me $60....🤔

This is a great little spa tub. I purchased the 4 person spa and I feel it's perfect for 2 adults. 3 or 4 would be okay but your going to be rubbing legs together. It can take up to 1 hour per degree for the water to heat up. My water was 60 deg so it had to heat for about a day and a half before it was 100+ deg. The heat setting can be turned up to 108. Mine got to 107 and that was too hot to get in. I had to let it cool down to about 104. The air jets are relaxing but they will turn off if you run them too long due to motor temp depending on the air temp outside I'm guessing. Wait 10 min and then turn them back on. Quality seems good. Overall I would recommend.

Purchased this to see if we wanted to invest in a spa. This was an inexpensive trial. We like it! I put a full size mattress topper ($20) under it, as there is no padding, thats works great. Temperature holds well, just have to pay attention to the filter, have to reset it every 168 hours or the heater shuts off. Must say, this is a good value for the money. Perfect for 2 people, ok for 3. 4 would be snug. Bromide tabs work better than chlorine, not so strong.

UPDATE: The plug ended up being faulty and I asked if there was any replacement parts as I still like the hot tub and the seller just said it's not under warranty so they can't help methey can't even point me to any replacement parts that I'm willing to buy? Going to just have to throw it away and I'm honestly upset about it.Was honestly scared because of the few reviews this had but to get reviews people must order so I went for it! In LOVE! Easy to put up and operate! One review said this needed a 30amp breaker for itself. That's a lie. This thing works just fine with many other outlets to the breakers we have. The cover is snug (but I can do it and I'm a small woman) but that makes me happy because of kids and not sure why people would complain about a snug cover. I bought work out mats to go underneath of it instead of using the mat provided and it works great! Got up to temp in 24 hours and it's nice! I'm in it every night! The best thing is that the heating element is inside the hottub wall which is the main reason I bought it!**Edit 10-12-19Buy extra filters and filter cleaner! Its a small filter and will need changed once every 2-3 weeks depending on how often you use it. Also suggest using bromine instead of chlorine Because you can use chlorine but it will burn your eyes on the smallest setting.. still love this thing!**Edit: 12-10-19Still a great hot tub! The filters are more of a 2 time use and throw out but still not a huge issue! We have it in a garage and it works great!

This unit quit heating within 3 months of using it. It was very loud too. I contacted the seller and they wanted us to send a video but that was such a pain we never did. How do we prove the temp isn’t accurate when we don’t own a thermometer? Also, the valve started leaking over the winter and froze ice cycles above my grill. They were hanging from under my deck and they broke off and dented my grill. It was a waste of money. And honestly, I’m only posting this now because I ironically had an ice maker quit working a couple weeks ago and I submitted a review (without contacting the seller) and a new one showed up today without me even expecting it. We will see what happens with this purchase. I will update my review if they actually do something but I’m not expecting it. They can have it back - I’m not trying to get another one, I just want one that works. I believe in karma and I wouldn’t do anything if it wasn’t true.
