Our now 6 year old has loved figurines from this brand since she was a young toddler, and they remain some of the most consistently used toys in our home. We have purchased three large batches over the years and still keep additional sets on our Amazon gift list so family and friends can purchase them for birthdays and holidays. They are on the more expensive end for animal figurines, but having owned less expensive alternatives, I absolutely think the quality justifies the price. The figures are solid and substantial without being overly heavy, and the paint on ours has never chipped despite years of regular play. They are also surprisingly realistic in their proportions, coloring, and details, which our daughter has always appreciated. She strongly prefers realistic representations of animals rather than cartoonish versions. What I especially like is the variety available. Some sets include trees, plants, rocks, or other landscape pieces, which makes it possible to build much more interesting small world environments rather than simply collecting animals. We use ours constantly for open ended play, small world setups, sensory bins with sand or kinetic sand, homeschool activities, and alongside books and other learning materials. They are also excellent for play therapy and would be equally useful in classrooms, preschool environments, therapy offices, or simply for everyday imaginative play at home. They have enough weight that they stand nicely during play, but are still light enough to use as birthday cake toppers. One practical note: we do not take ours into the bathtub or intentionally submerge them. Some have visible seams, and I would be concerned about water becoming trapped inside and the bacteria growth that could come from that. After several years of use and three substantial purchases, these have proven to be the kind of toys that actually grow with a child. At six, our daughter is still reaching for them regularly, and ours still look remarkably good. I would much rather continue to invest in a collection of these than continually replace cheaper figurines. An easy five stars from us.

I’m very impressed with this set! The plastic quality is excellent — sturdy, well-made, and durable. The details on each animal are very realistic, and they look absolutely adorable. The size is just right — not too big and not too small — perfect for little hands and for display. Overall, it’s a great value and I highly recommend it!

A lot of bang for your buck. Six beautifully made monkeys for a really unbelievable price. Granted, they might not be as finely detailed as some of the more expensive figures, but they are very, very close. Painting is surprisingly good. Fun for play and to collect. Will be buying more items from Toymany, which is shaping up to be a great brand.

We used several pieces for a classroom diorama. Sturdy and well made. Great for projects.

My daughter loved the quality

Great Quality and good value for the number you. These are heavy/solid animals with no holes (so OK for water play). My toddler loves all animals so has fun adding these artic animals to his collection. Easy to hold and play with, no fear of them being too small. Quality is good too, the animals look cute (no scary, mispainted faces).

My 3 year and 2 year old toddlers love these animals. The antlers from the caribou fell off shortly after we got them. We didn’t attempt to glue them back on, but the kids don’t care and have played with these almost daily for 6+ months. The little bunny made me nervous (youngest was 18 months when we got these) but it’s too big to choke on, although I always kept an eye on it when he was still putting things in his mouth. Highly recommend for open-ended play. I’m sure they will continue to use them for years to come.

Very realistic animals! They are made of hard plastic and appear to be durable. Their colors are accurate and the details are true to life. I use as visual aids when we read books, and also in sensory bins. Possibilities are endless. It was a little more expensive than I had planned to spend, but I don't regret it. It is so functional and worth the price. The kids I've used them with have enjoyed playing with them.
