Identical to Original Shimano 105 Pulleys
These are an exact replacement for the Shimano 105 10 speed cassette. Easy to change, just make sure you get the idler ("lower") gear location correct . The arrow side should face the wheel and the arrow should point in the direction of rotation when pedaling forward.

Makes my Shimano 105 9-speed cassette shift like new! Should have replaced the pulleys years ago.

This lower Pulley fits my RD-M750 Shimano rear derailuer
My Shimano RD-M750 rear derailleur had a ceramic bearing, 11 tooth pulley in the lower position that needed replacement. This derailleur model assembly is no longer supported, so it was difficult to know what part to buy for replacement. I was able to install this amazon-purchased lower pulley and it functions properly. I didn't try the G-Pulley in the upper position. This lower pulley has a metallic bushing-style bearing that rides on the plastic body of the gear in between the side plates. The critical thing was to have the correct axial stack-up height dimension so the installation didn't bind. I tried other pulleys, but they were narrower and had binding.

The wheels go round and round
When the old pulley's start to look like Chinese throwing stars then you know it's replacement time. These fit exactly true to size and took maybe around 10 minutes to replace. Please, for the love of God, make sure you're changing these in a place where you can spot small objects if you happen to lose your grip on them. If you do the change on a gravel driveway, or on your lawn, then all bets are off if you drop one of the treaded pulley screws or bearing housings. Then you'll be screwed and will hate your life. Fortunately, none of that happened during this very quick change out. Make sure you mark chain travel before removing the pulleys!! And, please, do not remove both pulleys at the same time. Change one, then change the other. If not, well, FML for you.
