Fits My Needs Very Well
I purchased this phone because I needed one that can take a beating - and this fits my needs very well. Although the camera is considered to be average, I rarely take photos so that doesn't effect my rating.

Just completely died .... never turn back on.
Just died for no reason, husband was driving down the road screen went black. Calls went straight to vm. The phone never turned back on again. Was given great reviews about it durability. All he did was used the GPS. No drops, no scrapes, no scratches. Just died 1 or 2 weeks after 90 warranty expired. Company doesn't even stand behind their own product more than 90 days. Unless you want to buy a new phone from them every 90 days don't even bother.

Its OK
Second Kyocera I've bought. I buy them because they are rated for hazardous area. Big plus if you work in the oilfield or mining industries. Class I- Div II. Love that they work with Verizon now. Battery life isn't the greatest. Might make a day if I dont use it much. Get into heavy usage and I need to charge a couple times a day. Its only 4G so I cant utilize the latest 5G network. 5G is available on the latest model but the reviews were bad on the new model. Find the phone starts acting quirky after a week. Reboot usually helps. Phone is rugged! Everyone asks where I got the phone case. No case - just one bad a$$ phone. It's no bigger than any other phone with a case on it. Dropped it a lot. Dents and dings all over and its still working. No cracks in the screen yet but I'm smart enough to keep it turned in while its in my pocket. Speaker has decent sound.

decent phone at a decent price
Phone looks and works like brand new. Only issue I had was it not receiving text messages until after going through a semi long process in store getting various Verizon network switches reset on there end for the messages to start coming in. Verizon employee said that is a twice a day occurrence that someone comes in with the same exact issue.

Phone was missing the SIM card tray
I got the phone fairly quickly, and it looked to be in very good condition. However it was missing the SIM card tray which made it absolutely useless. The seller offered me a $5.00 refund. I found SIM card trays on sale on an online auction site for about $30.00 with tax. So I waited another week to get a SIM card for this phone before I could even try it out. It now seems to be working well. It does however tell me my MicroSD card is bad every time I reboot the phone. The card does work just fine and the phone is using it. Maybe just a quirk of this model phone or something is a little weird, but it does work. Battery will last 2 days for me. Seller never did refund anything.

Ordered good condition got anything but good.
Ordered Amazon refurbished good condition Kyocera dual Force pro 2. Received the phone in just a few days packaging was perfect but that's it. Took the phone out and right away could tell it had not been clean at all. Dirt was packed in to the charging port to the point the cover couldn't even close. The phone was bent and battery was dead. Thought okay no big deal I'm get the dirt out and see if it turns on. Before I even plugged in the charger I could see that two of the 4 screws were snapped off. It took half a hour to charge to 3% I feel like they just took a return and slapped a sticker on it and sent it out. This has been the worst phone I have ever received from Amazon I never had a issue with any of the refurbished phones I have ordered in the past off Amazon. Quality standards most have become subpar. Very disappointed.

Renewed .... Reused
Soo upon unpacking first thing I noticed was dust and dirt realizing instantly they don't even wipe these things down ... Kinda gross and surprising with sanitary practice being the hip new thing and all. There is signs of wear which I understand it's used not holding anyone to that the screen. Well it wasn't cracked or anything I've noticed the digitizer is failing especially towards the bottom of the screen .. you know where the keyboard usually is .... totally thrilled about that too and the battery is .... useable I'm not confident I'd rate it at the 80% mark but perhaps in the 70's over all it seems soild feel and weight go good in the hand along with size the screen is a little smaller then what some people may used to but I like it ..fits in a pants pocket comfortably wireless charging is Handy and I've some how dropped it probably around 20 times ....I often wonder if it's attracted to the ground but it holds up well system randomly lags and is very slow in response time and handling tasks which is strange for I haven't downloaded any apps yet besides capital one and my bank app. Finally price ..well I guess if it fully worked I would say price is fair. I'm not sure if I would order another renewed phone after seeing the lack of care in any sort of refurbishing process if there is one other then the obvious... Reset throw in box ship
