Is there a template to print your own? If you wanted a printed version instead of dry erase?

Unfortunately, a template is not provided. However, the circles are 12 inches in diameter so if you are able to cut out a 12 inch paper circle and have a hole puncher of your own, you can easily customize your own design.

Has this company fixed the issue with the misaligned holes so all 6 of the backs are usable?

While we constantly work with our manufacturers and give them feedback after every batch, unfortunately, it is possible for a defective unit to appear. This is very rare, although possible. We try to increase the quality with every feedback working with our manufacturer so hopefully this issue will become less and less prevalent.

What size of screw is used to screw the base to the pole? I didn’t have the wing it stewed on tight enough and it fell out and got lost at an event.
