I've been using for a few months now to work my forearms out as using a barbell was uncomfortable and didn't feel like it was targeting just my forearms enough.So far I've had no issues at all. It feels like it will last a long time.You can adjust the resistance from 10-50kg which is more than enough. I don't think I've gone past about 25kg yet but it's good to know I can progress as I use it more.The only slight issue I have is the rubber grip isn't great and it can dig into your palms a little bit. But this is only a small inconvenience and isn't overly uncomfortable.Would thoroughly recommend for the price if you're looking to increase muscle mass around the forearms.Let me know if you found this review helpful. First time using one of these. Seems pretty good so far. It's not uncomfortable but nor is it comfy. The size was slightly awkward for me, but probably because I have smallish hands. If this is your first time using one and you don't work out much (which was my situation) start off slow and steady. Early on I'd push myself one day and do as many pumps as I could. When I finished I felt fine. The next day I could barely hold it, my fault not the product's. I had to let myself recover for a couple of days and when I got back to it I felt I had lost my "progress". Find what works for you, but slow and steady seems to be the best approach

Now is a bit that I have this device and I finally can give my opinion about it. When you will see it actually you will not be impressed by the look of it because it looks quite cheap and not very good quality... but actually is the opposite. Quite strong device, with the possibility to regulate the strenght of it and adjust it to increase the resistance or decrease it. The rubber on the hold make it quite confortable to handle it too, If you want to build forearm strength is what you are looking for!

Can see forearm improvements in strength and vascularity.

It is a nice device. I can feel the muscle working and see a pump afterwards. It works to the extent that I can know. However it does not feel very reliable and it feels like with intense use it will snap. So it is best to not use it like that. Otherwise it meet my expectations and I am happy with the product. 👍

I wanted to build my grip strength and have used similar equipment before. Simple to use, easy to adjust and good enough quality for its intended purpose.I would recommend buying the two pack as when I'm using one, I kind of don't want to be wasting time with the other. You'll save a few pounds too.Only downside is the accuracy of the display. Rather than rely on it, I simply screw out both items to the same number. 10 full terms is about 10KG for example. Then up or lower them evenly.*** Pros ***- Helps build forearm size and hand grip strength- Easily adjustable*** Cons ***- Not super comfortable to use- Build quality is good enough, but not exact between the two items I have- Poor display to get to an exact force for both models- Handles aren't massively long, so if you have massive hands, look elsewhere

Seems to be good quality - quite comfortable, good padding on it. I think it'll last a while.My one gripe is that it seems to be made for people with quite small hands. I don't think my hands are huge, but can't comfortably get all four fingers onto the grip.

When I first purchased this item on amazon there was a static in the air, it coursed through my flaccid fingers and down my knuckles and into my bloodstream, I knew I had just done the right thing. It all started a month ago when I was just finishing my morning jog in a pare of stone wash jeans and a denim shirt when an elderly gentlemen stopped me asking for the time. I smiled at him, he flinched in fear, then I proceeded with a squint and gazed at a sign behind his decrepit form. "Judging by the shadows, it's 2 o'clock" I state in my gravely, 'leading man in a movie- esq' tone. He delivers me a boiled fishermen's friend from the deepest canals of his trench coat, which I cast into my akimbo mouth without a moments hesitation, despite it having no wrapper. See without making this story longwinded, this is when the problem occurred. He reaches out to shake my hand, I take the bait and grip his hand with maximum power, beads of sweat spraying from my pours, eyes engulfed in red veins, gluteus Maximus clenched so firm that I'd be regarded as a king in prison. Then he laughs, tells me I have soft hands and that 'the honeys' as he refers to them don't like a man with a limp handshake. Ever since I've been consumed in the idea of shaking his stinky hand again, and maybe earning myself another of his boiled goods.

Esta muy bien, cumple perfectamente su función y se ve resistente. 50kg se me queda corto, porque soy un tio to fuerte y guapo, y un dia vi un ovni. Conclusion: Sin sorpresas, quiere decir, muy buena calidad precio.

Sehr gut um zu Hause auf der Couch nebenbei zu trainieren. Nur kommt mir das Gewicht etwas zu leicht vor. 50 kg kommen mir nicht wie 50 kg vor. Kann mich dabei aber auch täuschen

Fait le boulot mais détail à rajouter sur ce produit : Ne grince pas et pourtant j'en ai plusieurs de différentes marques et c'est le seul qui a cette particularité. Très pratique quand on est dans un endroit public et qu'on veut travailler ses avants bras.

Le produits est tout à fait conforme à ce que l'on peut en attendre, j'avais des aprioris quand à la résistance pour un usage quotidien mais pour l'instant même à 50kg rien à signaler! De plus je l'ai reçu dans les temps, donc tout va bien. Le seul bémol serait que les poignées sont un peu courte pour des grandes mains.
