Beautyrest Boomerang Pillow (1)

PROS: Most comfortable pillow I own. I've had numerous car accidents and unfortunately have permanent damage to my neck and upper back. I've bought so many pillows - its ridiculous. This one is comfortable - gives great support and I don't wake up stiff and sore. CONS: It doesn't travel well because of its size, so I have a smaller u-shaped one I take for trips. The pillow case it came with was really poor quality. Very scratchy. It softened up eventually, but still no where near as soft as my regular pillow cases. I did try to use 2 regular pillow cases on this pillow - but they meet in the middle and end up just get jumbled up and uncomfortable. I read another review somewhere that complained of the same thing - I may try to take some nice pillow cases and have a seamstress sew them together for me. I've seen the "silky" pillowcases they sell - but I want cotton, and that is not something they offer. Overall, I would highly recommend this product - just be willing to put in a little effort to get a softer pillowcase and know i's really big/bulky and not easy to take on trips.

Soft and fluffy. I’ve been using these pillows for at least 30 years. INDISPENSIBLE for side and tummy sleepers.

I was apprehensive when I opened the package because I usually buy very firm pillows. There must be something to the shape though because I've been sleeping better than ever.

I have a U shaped pillow that takes up most of the bed but is so comfortable and supports my neck and shoulders. I needed an abbreviated version of it, and this L shaped pillow was the closest I could find. This pillow would probably be good as a knee/leg pillow. But I couldn't use it as a regular pillow. It is too firm. Looks like it's well made, but didn't work for my purpose and gave me a headache that wouldn't quit.

This pillow is great for sleeping on either side. As I expected, the cotton fabric used for the cover is not the greatest. I think I'll make pillow cases from an old sheet from one of my sets made of smoother fabric. The issue with the cover fabric didn't keep me from buying a second pillow to leave at my second home. I plan to send another one to my parents so that I have one there when I visit.

I purchased the beautyrest boomerang pillow for my wife. She used one at a family members home and really liked it, so nothing to do but get her one for home. She uses it every night. Yes. It's kind of big and gawky but we have a king size bed and there's plenty of room for it and us.

Not up to par. Anyone that had an original boomerang knows that sucker was stuffed to the max and lasted forever or until you damaged it. These are just not supportive enough, not the same size at all and should remove the boomerang title from the package. Will go flat in weeks or less.

This pillow is the best thing ever. I can't sleep without it now. Well I can but I would be waking up with horrible back pain. Gotta try it. I use between my knees and thighs and hug top since I'm a side sleeper but can be used however you desire. Order extra pillow cases on Amazon too. Comes with plain white one but you gotta have extra so you don't go one night without. I'm on my second one. First lasted almost 2 years
