A light scent sweet pork and Applewood
Bought this locally at Wegman's. Sounded very interesting and having never eaten wild boar before, I thought I'd give it a try. This salame has a flavor reminiscent of bacon. A light scent sweet pork and Applewood. Well marbled. The flavor leaves something to be desired, however. It's not knock your socks off or so good you can't put it down. It's just meh. Would I buy it again? Ehhh probably not. Am I glad I bought it? Sure.
