HMDX Audio HX-HP450RD Journey Bluetooth Wireless Headphones with Microphone, Red

I really love these Bluetooth headphones! I use them at work all the time...they have enough charge to last a whole 8 hour workday, which is perfect. My only complaint is they fit so snugly over the ears that it is easy to bend & therefore break the connecting headpiece between the earphones...once this is bent, forget it...no amount of duct tape will make them usable again (believe me I've tried). I use them everyday at work and I just wind up wearing them out because sooner or later I do bend the headpiece and have to buy a new one...but I always do because I swear by them. But they're increasingly hard to find and pretty much you have to buy direct from the manufacturer these days, which makes me sad. The sound quality is incredible and they do not "bleed" sound in a way that can bother co-workers. I've used Bluetooth headphones from other manufacturers but none have measured up to HMDX Bluetooth headphones.

I first found this at Walgreens a few years ago and was very happy with it! When that broke (my fault) I looked everywhere! Happy I found it here! Very loud even at the lowest volume and I hear nothing around me when I have them on!

Paid $40 for a pair of headphones that while they have ok sound quality, the “action buttons” on the headset failed in short order. I now cannot even turn them on. Not worth it. The whole point of the action buttons on a Bluetooth headphones is to not need to pull out the device and edit tracks/volume. After being able to turn them on.

Great headphones for the price. Recommended.

I picked these up at Walgreens on sale for $19. Sound quality is good even at high volume, they block out most outside noise, and Bluetooth range is very great. Lightweight and comfortable. I haven't used the microphone so I can't rate that, but for listening to music or video these sound great.But here's the problem: I've had three pairs die in exactly the same way - they just will not power on. They'll be working fine, I turn them off, and come back later and they just won't come back on!I returned the first pair to the store for a replacement because it was within a week of purchase. Second pair was about a month later, so I contacted HMDX and customer support was great - they immediately issued an RMA and even return postage and replaced the headphones. But now the third pair has again died within a week!I've since seen other postings online of people with the same problem happening within 1 month to 6 months of purchase, so I know I'm not alone. At this point I probably won't bother to send them back. I'm giving 2 stars instead of just 1 because of good customer support and they still work with the audio cable connected, but I cannot control volume or track or go wireless so they are a big disappointment.
