Simple Men's Wingman-D Fashion Sneaker

I'm a shoe freak. I like good deals and can't stand any level of discomfort from poor stitching inside the shoe. I love these shoes and the memory foam insole is super comfy. They run one size too large if you are a size ten. I bought nines and they fit perfectly. These shoes have a touch of stretch so you can use them as slip ons. Or, thanks to to gum rubber soul and toe cap, you can cinch them up a crawl boulders in Joshua Tree (no signs of delamination ). The style reminds me of the Israeli Combat Boot "tofu stompers" that were popular when I was a kid, so I'm a bit nostalgic. I don't know how they will hold up in the long run but I had excellent luck with my last pair of Simple Shoes. Highly recommended.

I marked fit as expected because the reviews said to order it 1 size small. They were right - within limits. I wear a 9 1/2 and I ordered an 8 1/2 and they fit perfectly without socks and with bamboo socks I own that are extremely thin. They are a little tight with my favorite Adidas no show socks, but they still fit pretty well. I'll see about how well they last and will add to this review. They look great and feel great for summer canvas tennis shoes. So far, would order again.

Outstanding sneaker in a classic style. Very comfortable to walk and stand around in. Reasonably good arch support, and not too tight in the toe box.

I really like the style of denim fabric used for this shoe, and the thoughtful extra layer of rubber around/over the toebox.However, the back of the shoe has caused some severe chafing on the back of my heel, potentially because the fabric is generally somewhat loose and non-supportive. as other reviewers suggested, I ordered the shoe a size down from my normal size, from a 10 down to a 9, and it fits relatively snugly. The chafing issue is NOT a fit issue. I even attempted a "heel-lock" shoelace-tying technique, but it was ineffective against chafing, and the shoe is still uncomfortable to wear for most purposes.While I like the general design of the shoe, I think that the heel could use a little stiffening up in order to prevent chafing against the Achilles tendon and heel area.

Love these shoes. Comfortable insole, great quality, quick service. They run small, so just order a size smaller than what you normally wear.

Nice comfortable sneaker. Hard to find a casual smart sneaker with discreet colors but this is one of the few.The distressed look is light enough that it looks natural and will probably blend with natural wear and tear.Fit runs a tad small but roughly as expectedTake one star off for the green brand name on the heel. Not too gaudy but would look better without it.

These shoes are not as comfortable as they look. They are constructed in such a way that the heel of the shoe is constantly rubbing against the heel of your foot whereas the front of the shoe fits just fine. I bought my usual size. Since the material is so soft, the rubbing doesn't hurt or irritate the skin, but it makes the shoe uncomfortable to wear and I have no doubt that the heel area of the shoe will begin fraying after just a few wearings. I wouldn't buy these shoes again, and since I've already worn them, I can't return them.
