Very happy with this addition to our keto lifestyle! Having personal success with a number of Life Extension products, this was an easy choice over the multitude of other BHB options online. It absolutely gives energy and satiates hunger, especially if one is practicing Intermittent Fasting. It also has far more servings than other products, and for a better price. Purchasing my second one now!

Effective product. It works to help "keep you regular" but the taste is awful. I just can't stand the taste and am reluctant to take it on a daily basis. I purchased it again but haven't been able to make myself open it because of the taste.

I am still in early phase of use of the keto brain and body. I do like that it has zero net carbs. It is exactly as described as far as flavor and consistency. I will purchase more in the future.

I bought this for the mangiferin which is a superb anti inflammatory. It’s hard to find mangiferin otherwise. I took off two stars for the horrible fake peach flavor which is totally unnecessary. I hate “natural flavors” which are apparently not so natural. But it’s a source of mangiferin so I use it.

waste of money Did not lose any weight

Not even servings for the money but tasted fairly good and maybe gave a bit of a boost. Worth exploring again maybe at a $25 price point

Very little product for the money. My container was half empty upon arrival. This will be very expensive to use as directed. Also, this is hard to mix although most products of this type are. Did mix well in the blender or with a stainless mixing ball. Not sure on the results of the actual product. I have not seen or felt any differences thus far, although other reviewers have.

Wanted to see if I could use this on keto but too sweet my blood sugar went off
