Love these
I have two in my living room as I use them to charge controllers, battery packs, and power a few other items on my entertainment center. Definitely would buy again

A workhouse for daily charging needs.
I purchased mine for use in a VR setup. Basically the daily grind was that I would have two controllers, three trackers, three back up batteries for said trackers and my phone. These would be charged daily and this was my usual routine for about two years. The power button is nice I am not sure if you will have a use for it but it does beat having to unplug it if you need to power down the charger for some reason. While I have used the charger it has fell from its make shift mount multiple times and for multiple reasons yet still it works. None of of my ports are dead despite the many hours of use so that combined with the apparent drop resistance shows this charger has the durability. NOTE this is not a fast charger with something like QC 3.0 so if you buy a modern phone do not expect 60 watts through one port. What it does excel at is having many said ports so that you can plug in many low draw devices at once. If you need to turn one outlet into 10 USB Type A power ports this thing fits the bill.

Not a Data Hub, only a charger and a really good one at that
I have a ton of electronics powered by USB. For years, I used a cheap USB Hub plugged into a USB wall plug to charge devices very slowly. I bought this almost four years ago now and have never been disappointed! If you have a bad cable or device, it'll kill the power to the port, leaving everything else intact. Turning the charger off, unplugging the offending device, and turning it on resets and life is great. The only thing I noticed is devices that had charged fast would drop to slower charging if I hot-swapped USB devices. Power cycling fixes this as well. I believe the IQ circuit cannot detect you are suddenly plugging in a higher charge rate device and defaults to a lower current.A word of caution for anyone using older devices: turn the power off on the charger before plugging them in. The charger will correctly charge the device without the risk of over-current charging once you power it on. I've seen people complaining of old devices being damaged and blaming the charger. Well, Unfortunately, older devices do not report to the IQ chip what their capabilities are and cannot handle over 0.5-1w charging! This "problem" is not unique to this device or company, rather newer charging methods are being used on old devices. This has eliminated the need for 10 separate power supplies and it load balances, so if, for example, I plug in a USB fan, it will not affect the other devices charging, unless you're pushing the power draw over the rated limit. It will still only output 60 watts, but you've got to be doing some serious charging for this to happen! I highly recommend this product.

Unmatched portability/ports ratio
This has to be my favorite charger I've ever owned. It seems every device I have charges over usb, with my phone, tablet, smartwatch, Bluetooth headphones, and power bank being charged daily, the 5 port chargers didn't have any more room for me to plug in other devices, like my wireless keyboard/mouse, bluetooth speaker, video game controllers, etc. With this tiny little box, I can charge them all off of one charger! Its even small enough to toss in a backpack while traveling, meaning I only have to take this charger and my laptop charger to charge anything I happen to bring with me.The only real disadvantages of this charger is that it doesn't support qualcomm quick charge and its 12A backbone means an average of only 1.2A per port, while an android phone or tablet will take 2A each. I haven't experienced the loose power cord problem some reviewers have, but it does use a standard figure 8 power cable (common for non-grounded laptop chargers) and would be cheap and easy to replace. For me, my phone doesn't support qualcomm quick charge. It's Huawei and a only works with their own proprietary fast charging. Even though I could fast charge my phone with the adapter it came with, I prefer the 2A 5V charging from this product if I'm not in a hurry (such as overnight or after work) as fast charging does wear out batteries quicker. I only fast charge my phone if, well, I really need it to be charged as fast as possible. As for the low 1.2A per port ratio, you have to understand this is not meant for charging 10 iPads. There are other products with 18A instead of 12A for doing that. This is niche product meant more for someone like me who has 3 defies that need 2A each (phone, tablet, power bank) and a bunch of other devices that don't need as much power. My headphones draw maybe 0.3A. My smartwatch takes 0.6A. These smaller devices that take less than 1.2A balance out the 3 bigger devices that take over 1.2A and allow me to charge up to 10 devices without overloading the charger.I don't know specifics on how voltageboost or powerIQ work, but they don't seem to just be talk. I've put USB volt meters in the ports and see the charger putting out the normal 5V, but then when plugging in cables it does step up the voltage to account for the cable resistance drop. On my nice 6ft USB C cable it raised the voltage to 5.1V, and for my cheaper 6ft micro USB cable it raised the voltage to 5.15V. The meter also shows it providing the full 1.9A of power to my phone, which is really the maximum charging speed of my phone under normal conditions.Kudos to Anker for putting out as many variations of chargers and power banks as they have to cover a large variety of needs.

Quality of product
I have purchased multiple items from Anker. Not once have I been disappointed by their products. I have their cables, power banks, wireless chargers, ear buds. All have been outstanding purchases.

Started failing after two years
The product as of a week ago stopped turning on. It worked well enough until then, but now it just doesn't seem to connect on the inside or something, the switch needed to be wobbled more and more for it to work and then it just stopped. When it did work, it was fantastic. I need to find a replacement...

Great charger, solidly built, charges all kinds devices very fast, lots of thoughtfulness in its design.
I purchased this item for the office as we have a lot of mobile phones and most of the time they are almost always out of battery. This definitely turns into a crunch when a manager or director needs to quickly see a demo of what we are developing. The item arrived packed very nicely in a very attractive box wrapped in shrink wrap, after removing the shrink wrap, I was greeted with the 10-port USB charger itself, a fairly long power cable, instruction manual, adhesive strip (so I can stick it to the desk and no one would steal it), and a velcro strip to tie all the cables together which is a nice little addition. The unit itself is extremely well build. Solid with no signs of creaking and there is a small power indicator on the left side to make sure it is on. There is also a physical power switch on the back to turn off the entire unit to ensure there is no vampire power drain when you are not using it.After the unit was unboxed and plugged in, I tried many different devices in it from HTC, Apple, Samsung, Sony, LG, and more and all devices worked perfectly when charging on this device. In addition they also charged quite fast as each port is rated at 2.4A each to a maximum of 12A total output. I am extremely happy with this purchase and I am sure the team will also be very happy knowing that their devices will always be charged.

My favorite Charger!
This is the best thing you can have with you while at home or travelling. No need of multiple chargers for ever increasing charging devices! This one has 10 ports and I mostly use about 5-6 ports at the given time.I am a big fan of Anker and this one doesn't disappoint me at all. Will definitely recommend and will buy again!

Excellent charging station with good capacity
I purchased two of these charging stations - one for myself and one for family, and they have been working great for several months. It charges my iPad Pro slightly faster than competing products I own, even when all ports are being used. Features not found in competitor products include an LED on the left side indicating the charging station is turned on along with a power switch in the back to turn it off when not in use.I give it 4-stars because the alignment of the center 4 ports are slightly off, so cables do not plug in easily to these ports at first, but they do 'loosen up' after several months of use. This is a quality control issue, as both of the stations I ordered were doing this. Other than that, I would still recommend this charging station to anyone looking to charge several devices at the same time.If you're thinking about buying a 3, 4, or 5-port station either because it's a few bucks cheaper or it's got 'more than enough ports and you'll never use 10 ports' then stop looking at those and save yourself time/money/and a power outlet and buy this one. I learned the hard way and have several 2 and 5-port chargers sitting unused because I've accumulated more devices over Christmas that all charge via USB (battery packs, smartwatch, game controller, etc.) so this 10-port charger is almost full. Even if you don't fill all of the ports now, it will definitely come in handy in the future.
