Great radio for the price
Great radio for the price.Let's start with the installation. I found this pretty easy. I first had to purchase wiring harnesses to connect to the factory wiring harness, the antenna harness, and to connect the steering wheel controls (This product was super easy to install and programmed itself! Metra Axxess ASWC-1 Universal Steering Wheel Control Interface). The instructions that came with the unit were brief, but clear, elling you what each wire of the radio's wiring harness should be connected to. Operation is pretty easy, and I love the touch screen. Bluetooth works better than the $100 Jabra bluetooth unit I bought before having this radio. I was also able to purchase an inexpensive back up camera to use with this radio Koolertron Rear View License Plate Backup CMOS Camera. All in all it seems like a good purchase. It has good sound quality and is louder than my stock radio was. Has plenty of options from radio, pandora (through a bluetooth connected phone) CD, DVD, USB, 3.5mm input, micro SD, and HDMI, as well as connecting your phone through bluetooth and using apps like Spotify.

Decent value unit with a few minor issues
I'll start by saying that, overall, this is a good value buy. It does the job and hasn't crapped out on me yet. I've had it installed in my 09 Honda Civic for over a year. I'm torn between rating this 3 or 4 stars. I'm rating it 4 because I'm guessing my issues aren't the same for everyone. Here are my issues with the product...I tried to use the screen mirroring, when I first installed it, and it did not work. I don't know if it's just a compatibility issue, but my Samsung Note 6 was unable to screen mirror. I might give it another try, but I'm not holding my breath. Also, on the top of the screen there is a line of pixels that flash white randomly, all the time. I just ignore it, but it's definitely noticeable enough for passengers to say something. At certain times, the clock doesn't show all the digits either. Instead of reading "20:05" it will just show "20:0". I think it's an issue with the unit not being programmed to have enough space on the clock. It's not the end of the world, but it's another issue to be aware of. My biggest complaint has come up recently. While listening to music, the bluetooth cuts out randomly. It might be due to the hot weather or it could be my phone, but it seems that it's an issue with the unit. The phone call ring is also deafening if you're listening to music, but the mic seems to work fine as long as you talk loudly.Other than that, the system works well with my speakers and subwoofers. If you're looking for a less expensive touch screen, this is a decent choice.I got a warranty with the unit, and I'm currently considering using it because I need the bluetooth to work because that's all I use it for. Definitely spend the extra $18 and get a warranty if you buy this.

Awesome radio!!! Has more features I will ever use.
Awesome radio!!! Has more features I will ever use. Bluetooth, Aux, video in, video out, USB, CD, DVD, MP3, this thing has it all!!! I fit a standard double din opening with the dash kit for my car. Which you can also get here on Amazon. The only thing with this radio is it starts at volume 16 everytime you start the car., Which is fine with me but when my 67y/o dad borrowed the car he thought it was blasting. I really dont mind at all its not too loud. The DVD parking break wire was a little confusing but I just added it to my ground and it works like you would hope it would. Overall I am really pleased with this radio and now Im looking to buy another Jensen for my truck. Just gotta save the $$ first.

Do Not Buy if you value your hearing!!!!
I have now had this radio for a year, so I have had a year to give an accurate review. The ringing when someone is calling and it's on bluetooth, its so loud that you will go deaf after awhile. It's so loud that someone 500 ft can hear your phone ringing inside your closed car. I have tried messing with every setting and cannot change that blasting ringing, so I do not use the bluetooth feature ever. Then there is volume in general, I can have the volume on 1 and its still so loud that I just turn the radio off. It's like one song the volume is fine, then you get one you turn down or skip the song.Back to bluetooth, everyone has a hard time even understanding me when I talk, even though the microphone is on the viser about my head.If it gets really hot in the car, I have found out the radio will not work correctly. Ity got over 122 degrees in the past 2 weeks, It would not read my Iphone until the car cooled off. I was almost home before my music starting playing, so no music for 20 minutes. For someone who listens to music almost 24/7, it was not an enjoyable drive. Those are the reasons Im looking into another radio for in my truck. TN has is a no device in your hand at all, at anytime you are driving, including at a red light. So now Im looking for a radio that doesn't make me go deaf do to the excessively loud ringing the bluetooth makes.

Main selling feature (HDMI) only works intermittently.
Had to return this unit; no response from Jensen for two weeks.Problems:This is the second Jensen unit I've gotten from Amazon that had the "warranty void" sticker cut when I bought it.I bought this unit specifically for its HDMI/MHL feature. I tried multiple known-working cables, a known working cellphone, my Roku, and my tablet and it only displayed the video from my phone for a few seconds on two occasions. If I didn't need the HDMI feature I would have bought the cheaper model. If you update the firmware, you lose the ability to manually program analog steering wheel controls, forcing you to pay for the adapter.Positives: the touch-screen mirroring over bluetooth worked flawlessly despite not actually showing my video. The touch screen is way more sensitive and responsive than the more-expensive VX7020.Pandora displays the album art, unlike the similarly priced Clarion FX503 (which is a total peice of crap).Parking brake bypass is easy to fool. Just stick the parking brake wire in the chassis ground splice when you wire it in.

Good Device but...
When I start the vehicle, the sound of the CD is always loud regardless if I turned it down when I stopped my vehicle. Tried to change the setting, not able to.
