Wearability Questionable
I am a huge Gaga fan, I am very happy to see her branching out into the make up market as I feel she has had an interest in it for so long.I love that it is vegan and cruelty free. I love the packaging. The tip is flawless! I usually avoid felt tip liners because they can be rough or snag the skin, this tip is very smooth with easy application for thin or thick strokes. I also love the color density. It is not sheer, it is very opaque and that is something I always have had issues with in other felt tip liners products. My one complaint, which is a big one for me, the wearability is not very good. I am not sure if this is due to not wearing a setting spray but I have other liquid liner products that do not crease when not using setting spray. I usually just use eyeliner and mascara so this is not being applied to a full face of foundation.Attached are photos, the further away photo is right after application as it is drying. The closer image is about an hour later. You can see it is creasing and wearing off.I would like to see a more permanent wearability. Is anyone else having this issue?

Not gaga over this eyeliner.
I was really excited to get the new eyeliner product by Gaga. I liked the tip but there is no way anyone could call this waterproof or water-resistant. It was all over the place after an hour, stuck on my upper lid. Today, i watched a sad movie, shed a few tears and the eyeliner was rolling down my face. This product definitely needs tweaking.

Lasts for five minutes, tops
This looked amazing... for approximately five minutes. The eyeliner is not waterproof at all, so if your eyeballs are any wetter than a total desert, you’re in trouble.I applied the stickers exactly as instructed onto a clean face. The natural movement of my eyes caused some slight lifting, but nothing that wasn’t insurmountable with some clever eyeliner application around the sticker. I checked the mirror, all looked good, and so I ventured out. Some five minutes later, the eyeliner started smudging onto my eyelid. Not from eyelid grease - just from my eyeball wetness. Within a minute, most of the eyeliner was gone, revealing the sticker. Within another minute, the sticker slid down my face. I had to do some emergency correction to not look like a total maniac. Now, I wasn’t crying. I wear contacts, but my Stila and KVD eyeliner doesn’t have anywhere near this issue and my eyes weren’t tearing at all - they’re just normal eyeballs. So I tested the eyeliner on my hand with water and sure enough, it slid right off.If you want to use these for a quick photoshoot, I say go for it because it really does create a flawless wing. But if you want to wear these in the world, tread with caution. And as for the claim that you can rewear the stickers? To that I say: lol.

Not waterproof for me
I’m so sad I didn’t like this! It was not waterproof for me. The felt tip and the glide is great and smooth, but it smears and wipes off when a mist, tear, or drops of water hit it. I tested it leaving it on for 30 mins for full drying before trying it with water, and it still smeared and wiped off. I tried it on my hand and my eye

It’s like bullet proof eyeliner!
This must be some permanent marker type formula! That being said, it’s AMAZING. I have REALLY oily eye lids and after wearing it for 12 hrs straight it did not fade, smudge, or transfer to my lower lids. I’ve been using the same felt tip, “stay all day” liquid liner for years, but I think I’m gonna switch to this one. The applicator portion is really sturdy, and is easy to use. The last test is to see if the felt tip will dry out after a couple of uses. If it doesn’t dry out in a few days, this will be the best eyeliner i’ve used.

My heart is broken. But i have to be honest.
I was SOOOOO excited to try this liner. I had watched a bunch of reviews. I got so excited about a really good felt tip liner. I bought it. Have never spent $20 on a liner before. I stalked my mailbox waiting for this to arrive. I happened to have an amazing cut crease look to do on Facebook live that day. Imagine my disappointment when it took me 20 minutes to draw wings? Everyone on my live was like...what the heck? The liner had to be closed and shook multiple times because it acted like it was empty. Once applied it was gorgeous. But I have $10 felt liners that work better. Honestly, I wish this worked. I love GaGa and had very high hopes. Really, save your money and buy a Stilla felt tip liner. P.S. Not waterproof AT all! I kinda wonder if they just made this to throw out the door. I also wonder if the PR packages sent out to YouTubers had better product. I dunno. Anyhow. Seriously sad I spent $20 on this.

Smooth!
Love the tip on this. It’s sturdy enough but fine enough to get some really sleek lines. Haven’t worn it for a full day so not sure about how long it’ll last, but so far, love it!

Please save your money!
This arrived 2 hours ago so i tested it straight away as i was so damn excited after watching and reading reviews! I give it 1 star as the application was amazing! Glided on perfect! No snags what so ever! An hour later i looked like a panda! Wings pretty much gone and i looked like i'd been punched! My eyes didn't water and i didn't rub my eyes! I am gutted! Worst formula in the world! Cheers for robbing me of £20 gaga!

it is NOOOT waterproof!
my eyes are not watery and rarely ever get really oily (i have dry skin).to put it into perspective, I had it on at 10 am and by 2 pm the wing is already created a panda/raccoon eye.you don't need makeup remover at all, just grab a cotton pad dip it in water and wipe it off.I love lady gaga but some reviews saying it was waterproof, as well as the product description, is extremely misleading.A few better recommendations for an eyeliner with the same price point or less (a few in case you don't support one brand) urban decay perversion, kvd tattoo liner, and rimmel wonder'ink. I am being honest with you they are all at different price points, same quality, and still way better than this product.Save your money unless you want an eyeliner that can be removed very easily and you are alright with reapplication throughout the day.

Waste of money
What started off a really promising product it drastically turned into a flop. Firstly the packaging it came in was all scrunched and messed- however I thought let’s test out the actual product first. The lid doesn’t lock down properly which is why I have perhaps run into the issues I have since purchasing. At first it glided on like perfection- however less than 2 weeks on, it has dried up and lost the rigidness and glide it first promised. Having always used Kat Von D black tattoo eyeliner, I was looking for a more accessible and cheaper product with the same quality. Unfortunately this is not it, and will be returning to Kat Von D. Do not waste your money!

Dries out quickly, eyeliner tip is inconsistent
The media could not be loaded. After one use, the eyeliner dried out and the tip stopped dispensing eyeliner properly. Good luck holding this at an angle to coat your eye and getting any product to come out. The cap doesn't shut properly which is probably the reason why it dries out. Waste of £18. Very disappointed!

It is waterproof!
It’s marvellous! I don’t know why people complained about it, I put it on my hand to try it out, it lasted almost 2 days! Even though I washed my hands and took a shower it didn’t come off. Crazy formula!! I’m very happy with this eye-lie-ner.
