Finding flints for a zippo is difficult in the area I live in. This was a great deal at a great price.

I have a collection of Zippos and I swap one out for another one fairly often. I like knowing I have good flint in them so they will strike easy. A lot of flints you have to strike them four or five times to get it to light for some reason. These you don't. Also these flints don't leave a dusty film and the Stryker so it doesn't have to be cleaned as often. I'll buy them again when I run out.

Never fear the Zippo flint box is here Zippos were nearly hunted in to extinction in the 1890's for their telltale and highly coveted Flint bones. A concerted conservation program was enacted to save the wily Zippo by the little known U.S. President, Benjamin Harrison. Zippos were captured and gutted to extract their small round penile bone and their bodies discarded to make North Dakota. Harrison found a way to save the Zippo by taking extracted penile flints and planting them to grow what we all know now as Zippo fruits which contain up 20-30 flint seeds per fruit which are dried and hardened. These are probably the finest quality Zippo Flints I've come across. In the early 1930's the Zippo brand lighter was born and named after the very animal the original flints came from. The quality of these flints haven't changed and continue to be an American icon of ingenuity, spirit and just all around bad-assery.

everytime I try to get Flint for my zippo lighter I cannot find any so I decide to go through Amazon and I bought 144 of them hoping they will last are you long time. and I will be buying these about once a year I love the fact of having these plans because everytime I go to a store I cannot find any now I have plenty

This was 11.89 when I bought it, that's an awesome deal. It is now 14.35, not a bad deal. They are original, at least as far as I know. It us what it is, as they say, just as described, no BS.
