WhiteWing Steamer - Vapor Steam Cleaner

I have a small parrot and cleaning his cage has always been both a chore and a worry given the effect chemicals can have on pet birds. With this steam cleaner, the bird cage comes clean easily (and you know this is a miracle if you've ever tried to clean dried bird poo!)and with absolutely no chemicals. The heat also sanitizes the cage. Additionally, I use it to clean my hardwood floors. It picks up the dirt without using a lot of water and leaves my floors clean and streak free!

I have used this to clean spots on carpets, clean wood floors, marble floors and complete sanitation of the bathrooms and showers. I have been very pleased with its performance. All of the different attachments make the work even more effective. The one issue I have is the pressure control feature doesnt seem to be very reliable. It will lose pressure to below 2 after a few minutes of using. I have not been able to get the pressure beyond 4 even when I turn the control all of the way up. It is a very simple machine to operate which is great but the pressure control issue is the only concern I have. I'm very happy with the cleaning power it has.

THIS steam cleaner is a good way to clean my bathroom around the sinks bath tubes and base molding .I, used it on my window blinds a great job it does wonders on that.

A year+ after buying my steamer, I had left it idle about six months. I had maid service, and so had no use for it at the time.We recently emptied the tank (it had maybe a half tank during the time it was unused), and the water came out brown, looking like rust.The water tank is iron? Steel? Really? In the age of aluminum?Be careful to empty it every time, I guess, or it may go bad on you. I have no idea at this point how long my steamer will stay in working condition, but this is a worrying sign. Will update as I learn more.

I bought one a few months ago - and am extremely happy with it. I am a bit of a stickler about tools - I be leave in buying quality once rather than cheap twice - and am very impressed with the quality of this steamer. Solid, well made if not exactly stylish (despite being made in Italy). Maybe it should be Ferrari red or Lamborghini yellow.I used it to clean up some really dirty kitchen floor grout, and it did a great job. A quick follow-up steam mop of the floor and it looked like new. I really like how easy it is to use - fill it up, plug it in and after 10 minutes or so start cleaning.I then tackled the kitchen stove, and it cleaned of several years of baked on grime with ease. Not like new, but far cleaner than if I had self cleaned and a lot easier than scrubbing for hours. The real trick is to let the steam do the work - it takes a while to get use dot the idea that you really don't scrub as much as let the hot steam soften, loosen, and lift the dirt.Next up - the car wheels and interior.The only down sides are you need to use distilled water so I have to buy some to keep on hand when I want to clean; and it's not a continuous fill so you'll have about 30 minutes downtime between fills.Also - some else stated the boiler was steel - it is aluminum according to the specs. Not sure why you would get brown water out after it sat awhile - certainly not rust.

This is the best investment in cleaning I have ever made. I looked at several steam cleaners and was going to purchase a less expensive one and decided to make this purchase instead. It is worth every penny. I cannot express how well it cleans. It is very easy to use and has many accessories that come included. I have cleaned my refridgerator, my sinks, bathtubs, grout in kitchen, and wood flooring. The attachments fit well and are easy to attach. There are no complicated instructions and it comes with a instructional cd and a booklet which is very easy to understand. I had grout in my kitchen that was never sealed and therefore, it was extremely dirty. I have scrubbed it several times with a brush and it never came entirely clean. The day I got the White Wing, I put on the correct attachment and began cleaning the floor. I could not believe my eyes! The amount of dirt that came out was amazing and all from steam. No chemicals and no messing around with mop buckets. Just fill with water and let it get hot for about 15 minutes or so and begin cleaning. Thats all there is to it! My kitchen floor looks like the tile was just layed and my bathtubs have a shine like never before. The attachments are wonderful for hard to reach areas. My home feels so fresh and clean and I feel great about that. I have absolutely no complaints about how long it takes to heat up. That seems very minut compared to the excellent job that it does. I am completely satisfied and would recommend this steam cleaner to everyone. The cost is well worth it and it is very well built, as well as the attachments. EXCELLENT STEAM CLEANER!

I can't tell you exactly when I bought this steam cleaner, but I bought it with my iguana in mind so I could clean the floor in his room without chemicals. But I found so many more uses and especially love it to clean the oven. I don't have a cleaning setting on my oven and the WhiteWing sure beats any highly toxic cleaner in my book! I also use it on showers, sinks, carpet (kills the dust mites), and even used it on my mattresses once when I thought I had bed bugs (never had a problem again but not sure my problem was bed bugs). I highly suggest this steam cleaner. My only sort of complaint with it is there is no quick cleanup since it takes about 15 minutes to heat up.
