Fits a bit loose but it's not bad.Nice color.You have to take off at least the bottom portion of the cover in order to flip the laptop into tablet mode but it slides right out so it's not to much trouble.

I absolutely love this case with one exception, the magnetic flap does not keep the flap down. On the other hand, the case is very sturdy and will surely protect the computer. I love the color and material. Very professional looking.

The problem is that the base piece is only secured to the upper screen part by the magnet off the flap of the upper portion, a piece that's clearly meant to move. This means that everytime you move it around (open/close lid, rest it on your lap, etc), it slips a bit on it's base corner lips. My pc, like every other I've seen, has two little strips of rubber glued into a recessed slot to keep the screen from touching the hard base, at least it used to, before this case rubbed it loose and got them lost.The solution is a base that fits snugly, but then this case wouldn't be universal, which is ultimately the real problem. "Universal" has always meant "not a perfect fit" in my experience, and this is no different.It's otherwise a very pretty and probably durable case, but I've not dropped my laptop yet, so it's hard to say if the protection is realConstantly needing to adjust it and losing those protective rubber strips I'll never be able to replace are imho, a loss of 1 star each.

Too large for the ux425 modelI had to modify a little

I am returning because it is cheaply made. The pieces that slip over the corners of the laptop are crooked. The two separate parts are different sizes. One fit properly, and the other was too big. When attempting to use the laptop in laptop mode, not tablet mode, the part that went on the screen side of the laptop would not stay put.
