Easy chairs should be rough finish like this chair for comfort.
This is a genuine, good quality chair I have used earlier for 12 years till it broke in the middle . It has good durability and best ergonomics compared to other brands with similar easy chairs. However, There is one small but critical design flaw which can be fixed easily. The front legs of this chair slip apart when placed on smooth floors like tiles. This causes the seat area to break and split apart in the center. You need to glue or screw in rubber bushes under the legs to prevent slippage. When chair is used on rough surface there is no need for rubber bushes . Hope neelkamal takes note and rectified this flaw.

Defective Nilkamal item with cracks delivered. Amazon is replacing only one chair instead of two.
Bought a set of 2 Nilkamal chairs from Amazon Vendor is EZ RETAIL.DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. Both chairs Handrest and Back rest has visible cracks. Looks as if previously damaged item has been shipped after using feviglue to paste it back. Photos attached. Have asked for replacement. Replacement approved as of now. However as replacement Amazon is only sending one chair as seen in order summary of replacement order instead of two chairs which needs to be replaced. Will post further updates once replacement arrives.Poor quality. Good comfort. Nice design. Low sturdiness. Scratch resistance poor.
