Well Drop-proof it is Not!! Phone fell in my home today and now looking at a cracked screen??? Money back guarantee??? Not happy. As I even ordered for other friends and family that "it's the perfect case for longevity of phone life 😔. So I thought until I actually took the phone out. To my surprise it's in Prestigious condition!!! Not a scratch!!! The case took all the force. I will definitely keep recommending this product 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾. I'm amazed I definitely thought my phone had seen the last good day. Fingerprint scanner is a bit temperamental due to the fact I refuse to take off the initial screen protector that is standard with a new phone. Recommended 100% Yes!!!!

I've had this phone case for almost a year now and I think it is fantastic.This case is easy to fit, you simply slot the phone into the housing and clip the back protector onto it. It has covers for headphone and charger slots so you can open them when you need to access the ports and can close them and waterproof the phone when not in use. It has a clear front screen protector and the back protector is also clear which is great because it means you can still see the irridecant phone colour which I think is so pretty.The fingerprint sensor still works well through this case and I have no issues with touch screen functionality.It does add some weight and makes the phone significantly thicker, however I find the S10+ can quite easily slip from my hands so the extra thickness helps make the phone easier to hold.I have used this case whilst snorkelling, it kept my phone dry. However, it did mess with the touch screen functionality whilst underwater. The touch screen wouldn't work correctly and whilst videoing, the camera kept flipping from rear to front camera as the screen was recognising phantom touches whilst in the water.Today I left my phone unattended for minutes and my puppy managed to get hold of it! You can see in the pictures that he has scratched the front protector in multiple places and has bitten clean through it on one corner. However, there is not one scratch on the phone itself which is excellent, I am thrilled! Despite the case now being badly scratched, it does not impact the functionality of the phone and the touch screen is still working well.I will be buying a replacement as soon as possible because I think this phone case is so great. It's a shame there isn't a colour for the outer casing that matches the irridecant S10 model!

This is a case after all and it does the job for my Galaxy S10+. It does look a bit plastic on the front screen but the phone works fine even on wireless charging. It also seems watertight; I have tested as a empty case and with the phone in it in the sink and all was well, although I am not about to go swimming with it. You must make sure the seals are clicked in. A slight mal alignment of charging port if are using type C charger. Some initial difficulty in accessing the charger port and headphone port - just develop the knack. Fingerprint reader did not work very well as new S10+ has already a screen protector on it and I chose not to take it off. Face recognition works perfectly well. It is a bit chunky but I like it overall.

Quite disappointed with this case. You spend alot of money on a beautifully designed phone and then this case arrives. Ok so no problems with the packaging, no complaints, but when I opened the box my smile disappeared. Greeted with what is only fair as saying cheap plastic case in two halves. The screen and rear cover is a baggy mess, when the phone is secured in the case looking through the case hurts your eyes, light reflecting from everywhere due to the Ill fitting, baggy screen that comes with this. Just generally looks and feels cheap and nasty. Couldn't use the finger print reader because the sticky tab is too sticky to allow it to touch my screen.Overall really disappointed purchase, reboxed and returned straight away

Upon opening I was incredibly happy with is Product, the case looked very Durable and Sleek. This is by far the best phone case I have bought for one of my mobile phones. The fingerprint scanner is works perfectly, only this is you can see a Circle in the screen protector for the fingerprint scanner when on a light background but its something I can live with, the screen protector is have clear and does not affect the screen in anyway. The button on the side of the phone are sturdy and easy to use. All in all an excellent phone case will buy from this company again when I get an upgrade :)

The case looked really good when it arrived. The finger print scanner is the worse part because you have to rescan your finger in order for the scanner to work.The case has broken...its meant to be sturdy. This case can't take force. I've dropped it a couple times and the casing inside the case has shattered already.I also find it hard to have conversations.

Product came with scratches inside cover. I had removed the existing screen protector leaving me the choice of bo case or looking at imperfections on the faulty one. The case is sturdy and does offer protection and the fingerprint recognition is effective but the case adds a huge mass to what is a stunning handset and you lose any sleek design quality. You might as well buy and s8 or s9 if you're going to use this case as the phone is unrecognisable inside. Ths cover is an odd plastic material and reflects light extremely poorly and the visibility of the fingerprint sticker and poor design means that around the front earpiece the case looks cheap. If you are looking for industrial protection then I suppose the case will do what is required but aesthetically its extremely poor and unless you are wearing a clown suit your pocket will struggle holding the sheer size which the case adds to the phone

Really great item, fits the phone like a glove. Offers superb protection, from dust, water and dropages. Would like to be able to purchase more of the little finger print stickers. As when ever you remove the phone from the case, you have to replace the little sticker. It does come with 4, but an option to buy more would be great. Other than then, a great case by far. Amazing products, and great customer service. 5*.

It doesn't have a scratch on it after extreme blunt force trauma. I got in a car accident while sitting in the passenger seat. My phone was on my lap and it slammed against the dash and fell into the driver's seat floorboard. Not a scratch.
