People dont realize that this product is a game-changernfor all of those lipsticks that we love but won't stay after coffee or kisses! This product can be applied on top of any lip product so it stays! I like it because it rocks as a gloss AND a matte. So versatile! Doesn't feel like glue on your lips like half of the products out there that are "supposed" to be sealers or top coats! A trusted brand, a trusted product and performs better than the high-cost products. One of these should be in everyone's purse and on their vanity! Like I said? A GAME CHANGER!

Llevo varios días usando este corrector y ha superado mis expectativas. Tiene una textura ligera que se difumina fácilmente, ofreciendo una cobertura uniforme sin sentirse pesada. Ayuda a disimular imperfecciones y ojeras mientras mantiene un acabado muy natural. Además, dura bastante durante el día y no se acumula en las líneas de expresión. El envase es práctico, fácil de llevar y de aplicar, por lo que resulta perfecto para retoques rápidos. En general, considero que ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio. Es una muy buena opción para quienes buscan un corrector con buena cobertura, acabado natural y larga duración. Sin duda, lo volvería a comprar y lo recomiendo.

This Top Coat is a clear product that adds a smooth, glossy finish over lipstick or even on bare lips. It applies easily and makes lips feel slick and comfortable, giving that nice “gliding” feeling when your lips move against each other. I also appreciate that it’s unscented, which is a big plus for me. As a gloss or top coat, it does what it claims — it adds shine and smoothness. However, one issue I noticed is that when you apply it over any colored lipstick, especially darker or heavier shades, the color transfers onto the applicator. You’ll definitely need to wipe it off before the next use, which is a bit inconvenient. In terms of moisture, it feels nice, but I personally don’t see a huge added benefit when using it over lipstick. Where it does shine more is when used alone on natural lips as a basic moisturizer with a glossy finish. For that purpose, it works well. Overall, this product is fine, and I’m glad I tried it, but it’s not a necessity for me. I could easily live without it unless I was specifically using it as a simple lip moisturizer rather than a lipstick top coat. Bottom line: smooth, clear, and comfortable, but not essential unless you want a basic glossy moisturizer for natural lips.

I've been using the Covergirl Outlast Topcoat as a lip balm/gloss for years. It works very well for three paint-on lip colours that I know of; Covergirl Outlast (which is what it's meant for), but also Maybelline SuperStay and L'Oreal Pro-Last, which are both similar products to the Covergirl Outlast. Even just by itself without any lip colour, it's a great balm/gloss. Being a big of a "chap stick" addict, I gloss my lips throughout the day many times. This Topcoat is the only kind I'm aware of that will not strip away the colour from any of the above three paint-on lip colours. However, be sure you wait until the lip colour is COMPLETELY DRY before you apply the Topcoat! If the base colour is still not fully dried, the Topcoat will still pull some of it off, so definitely be sure it's dry. Great product, and though a little pricey the tubes last for quite a long time in spite of my frequent use. :)
