Quality copper fittings
I used these on refrigerant lines. Didn’t have any issues with brazing them with silver solder

Purchased a single 1-1/4” coupler and a 1-1/2” coupler for copper pipe, local big box stores in my area do not carry these, this is more of a plumbing supply house purchase, the problem with a vast majority of these is that those stores only like selling to contractor’s and if they do they only sell in bags of 10, I don’t need 9 spare’s sitting around. Pay for TV and get free shipping, perfect!

Bought for Unorthodoxed Purpose
We have a newer dishwasher and we clean the filter regularly, but the dishes still often came out smelling like wet dog. Sometimes they even smelled after running it with bleach! I read that putting a copper coupling in the dishwasher can help prevent this from happening. I was skeptical that it would work, but it actually does!

The description is incorrect- this is actually 1/2" x 1 1/2" So I was shipped the wrong item and now cant return it and get a refund.
