Sweet n spicy same time good tasty

Crystallized ginger is hard to find by me outside the holidays so I ordered online since I use it a lot for baking. The product was good value for money and tastes good, though it took a while to arrive.

there are a few dry pieces but overall the product is very good and the price makes it an amazing buy

They look Great but some r Really Hard HARD. = CAN'T chew them

Too much sugar

the pieces were nice size and fresh ... My only complaint is the flavor was so dang hot I just couldn't eat them.. But I did cut them up and put them in salads, cookies and other ways ,,, So nothing was wasted and the intense hot flavor worked well for just a nip of ginger flavor ... I would buy these again for cooking purposes ... I do wish I could have eaten them for a snack,, other then that they were a good value ..

I usually get this kind of ginger at a better price from the store but they had been being sold out…so I had to get this at this price…but it works well and fresh

This crystallized ginger is really good. It is definitely on the medium hot side. I like hot and spicy food so it did not bother me. It seems really fresh.My only negative is that the contents settled quite a bit in the bag leaving little bits of ginger and lots of the coarse sugar that came off.
