Nice idea, but too cheap.
I really liked the built in clamp design of this mitre box so I purchased it. One of the black levers that lock in place broke off after only 4 times of locking and unlocking pieces of wood in place. Once the lever breaks, you can’t unlock it, making the mitre saw pretty much useless. My advice, look elsewhere.

Don’t waste your time.
One of the clamp locking levers broke within 5 minutes of use. Clamp is now stuck in place, blocking the use of half the width. This is not a device for use on a daily basis. Construction is cheap, flimsy plastic. Accuracy is just under “OK”. Wish I could get about ⅔ of my money back...that’s about all it is actually worth.

Too Small and No Saw Included
I purchased this miter box for a small job to place several miter cuts in a 4”x4” nominal board. I never got started because the box is too small to accommodate this size wood. But I also note that even if you have the right sized wood, the guides do not provide a precise cut. If you have a small project and don’t need precision, you could get this and supply your own miter saw. I returned this item and purchased the CRAFTSMAN Mitre Saw, Adjustable Angle (CMHT20800), which includes a precise thin-bladed saw and worked very well.

Flimsy and dangerous
This should be removed from ever being for sale. It's dangerous to use because of the flimsy design. It can easily cause slips and possibly cut off fingers. STAY AWAY

It’s not 5 1/4 in deep
I thought this could handle 5 1/4 in. trim laid flat in box.

Manque de rigidité
Ce produit est très bien conçu, mais manque totalement de rigidité, ce qui lui enlève toute précision. Il est nécessaire de le fixer solidement sur une équerre en bois rigide qui sera entaillée en suivant les guides de la boîte. Après cela, tout va bien et on apprécie les systèmes de réglage/fixation qui permettent de positionner précisément les profils à découper.
