Very definitely not lactose free. It may have lactaid or a similar lactose inhibiting drug in it, but definitely not lactose free. I have non-issue with the proteins, so it was an all lactose reaction. So eat it at your own risk without lactaid or in front of people you just met

This is so delicious! Put it under the broiler and get it kind of crispy on the top.... sooo good!
