Tight assembly shave before you start
I am sharing my experience because I had same type juicer with lower power as it was a wonderful one. But one day it smelled burning. I can’t use it with hard vegetables like carrots . Right now I dont worry about it. I got the new one a week ago . Well packaged pretty good. whole big pieces of apples go through it and as long as you don't try to choke it, it does very well. Filters good too. I bought it with the intent on making fresh juices so quickly . You gonna realize you need a lot more fruit than you'd think and it save your time to enjoy a very nice juice . Clean up easy . You've got to consume what you extract within a few hours. Read the instructions. If this is your first purchase - watch some videos on juicing and stuff before you buy. Otherwise, this is the one to buy.Additionally I know the juicer itself has worked very well for me. I like to mostly juice carrots and sometimes I’ll throw in extra things such as apple, orange etc. and I’ve always gotten a nice amount of juice extracted and little to no pulp or shavings.

Doesn't juice whole fruit, overheats, clogs up
I was really excited to see this machine at a reasonable price. It's been a very good year for apples here, and I thought I'd juice some for my family. Beware, this juicer isn't worth having in your home.I was excited about the advertised ability to juice whole apples to the size of the feed tube. This doesn't work. Any apple larger than about half the size of the opening will jam up on the blades and stick there. You can turn off the machine, pull it out and cut it smaller, or try to jam it in with the push rod, putting a lot of wear on the machine. For our family of four, I would like to get about a quart of juice made in the morning. One cup per person. To juice one quart of apple juice, I need to cut apples into chunks about 1/4 the size of the feed tube and feed them in one at a time, pushing each down into the blades. It's a lot more work than advertised. Before I juiced a quart, I had to unclog the filter screen of pulp five times. The dry pulp is like concrete and difficult to clear without running water and clogging up the sink. The instructions on a sticker on the machine instruct you to run the machine for no more than one minute at a time with one minute of rest between uses. After three uses, you must allow the machine to cool for 15 minutes. Following these instructions, my four cups of apple juice takes at least 30 minutes to produce, and even so, it overheated once and required time to cool.I think the juice extracted is pretty complete and efficient. The remaining pulp is dry and the juice is clear, but not worth the hassle and time. I expected much more. Finally, read through the reviews for this item carefully. The language is all very similar to the promotional copy for this item. Broken English and a few specific points and phrases repeated in MANY reviews. I suspect that the seller has loaded the site with false reviews. You can do better than this juicer.

Amazing juicer!
I am new to juicing since my honey had his stroke. We are taking strides to make better choices, and this was one step. During his recovery, friends and family were eager to contribute, so we asked for fresh fruits and veggies. They delivered! This gadget is easy to use and far more powerful than it looks. It extracted two full cups of juice from our medium-sized basket of produce. We double up on celery because we hear it's been good at reducing blood pressure. I never knew that much juice was IN celery! Although the pulp left in the reservoir was moist, and I thought more juice could have been extracted, we still got plenty! Can't seem to get the bubbly pulp off the top of the juices but it's the least of MY worries. My honey? Not so much. No fault of the juicer's though. I wish the spinning juicer blade was easier to clean, and the instructions came jumbled and incomplete and there's a plastic piece we don't know what to do with. Others than that, it's fairly easy to figure out the important parts, and we are impressed!

Great starter juicer
I’ll be honest, at first I wasn’t sure about this product because it was smaller than I’d hoped and you can only run for a minute at a time. If you don’t want to spend a ton of $$ and you’re just getting started this juicer is perfect. If you’re planning on doing a lot of juicing in one sitting I wouldn’t recommend this product. The price is great and it really works well. It’s a great juicer, but we will probably upgrade to a larger one in a few months. For now, it’s perfect ☺️

Love it- good for single use not huge batches
The media could not be loaded. great machine. Good ONLY for singles- people with kids for a quick juice/ ect. It vibrates- not alarming lol always leave out seeds and twigs attached to fruit or veggie IMO- only use one apple slice at a time- I tried adding 3 apple slices at a time and it wouldn’t work. you have to clean it after about 3-5 runs- 3 apples in my case- no big deal- the included brush cleans the basket quickly!! but if this is for a huge family or not than 3 people at a time DO NOT BUY- this is only single use. - I love this juicer! Great for college students- single people- small families for a quick juice- I love it I’m addicted- I now search my grocery store for new fruits and veggies to juice/ and add to healthy milkshake- or adding a bunch of veggies to hide in a meal for my kids lol I love this thing- I think everyone should have this/ it’s great quality easy to use and clean :)

Just sort of ok.
This little juicer is inexpensive, but it is not easy to use. It will not juice apples unless they are peeled first, which is a hassle. It’s easy to assemble, but rather stubborn about being taken apart to be cleaned. If I had it to do over again, I would buy a different one.
