I've been having a Bed Time Latte every night for a week in conjunction with some Chinese supplement and I can say that they both complement each other because I've finally been able to have uninterrupted sleep. I love it and I also have noticed how it's helping me to deal with my stress as I feel more relaxed during the day. The price is good and the quality is excellent. I will definitely buy it again. The latte I make myself I learned it from some girl on IG ans it's delicious. Here's the recipe in case you wanna try it too.1 cup of almond milk or any other nut milk (warm it up)Then add1 teaspoon of Reishi1 teaspoon of Manuka Honey (or more if you like it sweeter)A sprinkle of Cinnamon powderMix it all together ( I use the Aerolatte Handheld Milk Frother, quick and easy)Enjoy! ☺️

I just bought a Vitamix and was looking for something legitimate to purchase so I could add it to my morning smoothies. I bought Reishi from Sun Potion because I know it will be good quality, because the glass jar is beautiful AND reusable, and because reishi is actually good for you (backed by actual science, unlike many other powders that are sold). The smell doesn't bother me and I can't really taste it when I add it to my smoothies (you only need a small amount).Of course, I'm not expecting instant results with Reishi (it's used to boost the immune system), but I'm certain it will help in the long run. Plus, who doesn't love adding little potions to their smoothies?! It's so fun and I don't feel guilty for buying it because it's not a gimmick product.

I put this into my protein shakes and it is tasteless which is good and it dissolves, and as far as I can tell it makes me feel better when I use it on a regular basis.

Don’t expect this to taste “good,” in our topical terms. I enjoy the earthiness to the mushrooms and the mix ability is great. I mix it in with my coffee or my morning oats. I like to have a stronger flavor to mask the strong earthiness of the mushroom, but that’s just me. Product is expensive, but the serving size is 1g and most others are .5 or less, so you’re definitely getting your money worth here!

Like other people have said, I'm not sure what this is. Besides the label being inaccurate, this looks and tastes like oat flour. Any decent reishi product I've had or made is incredibly bitter and deeply colored. This has almost no flavor. Did not notice anything after taking it. With amazon, who knows if this is even authentic.

This is the second jar I've ordered. It has an off smell like it's rancid. The first bottle was fine. Otherwise it is a good product

Best Reishi I’ve ever tried. I’ve been using Reishi for a few years, and Sun Potion is by the far the best. I was really impressed by how well the powder dissolved in my beverage, as well as how I felt after drinking my tonic.
