This book is thoughtful, well organized and inspirational for educators of young children. Uniit Carruyo gets to the heart of working with young children in the most beautiful way. I love implementing her resources and ideas into teacher and staff development. It is a wonderful read and full of useful suggestions and recommendations for creating a community based on reflective practice and appreciation of capable learners of all ages.
