Sorry if this seems like a dim-witted question, but how do you use it? Just sprinkle it on, or mix it with oil/butter? I'm seriously clueless.

That's not a dim-witted question at all....they could have done better with their description. You can sprinkle it on hot buttered or oiled bread to make garlic bread. I sprinkle it on fish, chicken or pork chops before baking or pan frying. I use it on asparagus after steaming or before oven roasting. It has parm. cheese in it, and we love it tossed with olive oil and pasta. It's well worth the price and a jar lasts quite awhile. I think you'll like it!

Does it need to be refrigerated?

I do not have mine in a refrigerator. Just in my spice cupboard.I like it very much.

Delicious, a must have spice cabinet staple

I had never heard of this until I got married and found a nearly empty jar in my husbands spice cabinet. When it ran out I ordered more for him but since I got it I have used it to season roasted potatoes, make garlic bread, sprinkle on pierogis, tortellini, raviolis. It reminds me of the seasoning packet that used to come in the costco raviolis back when I was a kid.

Best garlic bread

I used to buy this at Costco but they quit selling it. This is a different language but it is the same and it absolutely makes the best garlic bread! It smells good, it's fairly strong without being over powering and it lasts forever since it's a bulk sized jar. I use it on quite a bit of dishes but mostly, we want garlic bread.

Great producty

This is a great product. We use it on so many other dishes that just garlic bread. Our favorite is to use it as seasoning in a grilled cheese sandwich. One jar lasts a long time.

Salty, cheesy, garlicky

This is a powder flavored with dehydrated cheese, garlic and salt. It can be used to make garlic bread (mix with butter) but it's actually really good as a spread with mayonnaise or a mix of mayo and yogurt.You can use it mixed with olive oil and brush on breadsticks before baking them.I found it was really good mixed into mayonnaise and spread on bread before making falafel or shwarma pita.I mixed it with a little butter and oil and put on ciabbata bread slices. Great garlic bread and I love the flavor but the cheese is too powdery. You have to mix it into your butter or oil before you spread it. Otherwise the cheese powder stays on top and is detracting from the texture.
