I had it less than 24 hours and learned what the company really thinks of the customer. The washer does not come with a manual, you get 2 small but slick pages with graphics, one must download the manual. Even then the company has over 6 download choices and you have to find which one, some of the downloads are lookup tables. I bought the washer sight unseen on a recommendation. This washer was for my cabin, I had to drive 20 miles into town to be able to download the user guide. Drove back and then I was able to use the machine. The company said it would take 2 weeks for the manual to arrive by mail. I have bought many other high end brands for my other homes, for what they charge, this isn't worth it.
