Some letters not included, string not as advertised
Please know that if you order this product there is a high risk of not getting all letters (see picture). Also the string that comes with it is not as nice as advertised (see pic). Despite reading a lot of reviews saying that, I figured they would have fixed the issue but I was wrong.
