I would say this pill is the size of a baby aspirin, albeit a little thicker. It is very easy to swallow. This supplement is medically necessary for me to take because of other medications I must take. It is a reliable, economical way to get the supplemental coverage I need. I have had no issues with taking this whatsoever.

I think I ordered a different supplement but when I read about it, I find out that its increasing blood cells so I took it for a few days and it worked well for me, I have shortness of breath and with the first pill I noticed how easy I can breath. Even if I ordered by mistake or the company shopped the wrong item I appreciate that because I really benefited from this supplement. I've purchased this folate supplement three times now, so that should tell you something. I prefer the L-methylfolate form because it's already in the active form your body can use without having to convert regular folic acid. The tablets are small, you get 100 per bottle, and the price is reasonable. I also appreciate that Life Extension doesn't load these up with a bunch of unnecessary ingredients. I'm not going to claim some miraculous overnight transformation. It's a vitamin supplement, not a magic pill. What I want is a good-quality product with the right ingredients at a fair price, and this one checks those boxes. I've bought it three times, and I see no reason to switch.

Excellent product for a smooth ride on productivity although i took a second dose at the 8 hour mark as I dont sit down for work and family committments and have move toward the higher dose for this product line
