I tried to pierce my own septum twice and it turned out crooked, but all in all that’s my fault haha! Pierced my own helix though and that came out pretty good. Sterilized hollow needles and jewelry, comes with gloves and clamps and alcohol pads. Pretty cool for the price!

Good kit, but kind of stupid that there’s Only 18g and 14g but no 16g piercing needles. Did not realize this when purchasing but used the 14g to do my helix piercing. Clamps are garbage though because they barely do the job. Overall you get a lot of jewelry for the price but I’m not going to use any of it other than the labrets. Saved a lot by using this kit over going to a piercer, so I’m content with it. 3 stars because clamps are trash and should at least have 16g needles as well.

I received this product with the intention to pierce my cheek. The set came with a bunch of earrings that absolutely could not be used for my cheek. Not unless you want a gaping hole in your cheek. I was able to achieve the hole size I desired, but I had to buy an additional earring to put in it's place. It's a large kit. It will accommodate the average person looking to pierce ears or a nose. There are not enough long earrings to put in for a dainty cheek pierce, but all in all I will it's a decent kit for the price. I think you actually get too many earrings because unless you can autoclave the needles, their useless after one use. They blunt after one use anyway. So you can do as many piercings as you have needles. I believe that's only 6. I guess you can change out the earrings for yourself but it definitely lacks long enough pieces. I will say it comes with everything you need to get started piercing. But I would like to have had everything at my disposal to get my cheek done. Once and and done. It came out great. I used a diamond earring in my cheek and it looks great!

The piercing supplies are nice but the jewlery is useless. None of the bags are labeled with gauge size and none of the jewlery fits into the needles except the 14g. I had to re pierce twice because no jewlery fits into the 16 or 18g needles. I ended up just using some gold studs I already had that fit into the 16g. I bought this because I wanted the option of different sizes, but to use any of the jewlery you would have to pierce everything with 14g needles. If you plan on using the jewlery I would recommend buying another set since the only useful parts are the needles.

These were a good deal for anyone piercing a nose or eyebrow, but they're way too small for lip rings, unless you have lips the size of a newborn baby. Everything looked sterile and clean, though the jewelry all comes in one package together, not separately.. so you'll need to sterilized jewelry before you use it, which you should do every time anyways.

So originally my husband bought this to pierce his own ears. He has done his own piercings in the past. (Lip rings, ears). He’s added more piercings with this kit and seemed to do just fine. Come another day he wanted to do his own industrial piercing. He got the first part through just fine ( with a lot of blood) then struggled trying to get a good view and angle of the second part. He found me in the kitchen and had me FINISH IT for him. I have no hands on piercing experience. I was able to figure out the clamps, put it in the right spot, and after a little bit of freaking out, jammed that needle through. I don’t really know everything that was in the kit, but I did just fine.

I got a terrible infection within the first 24hrs of piercing my ears. I used proper sanitation and care. However, I got a terrible infection. The skin around the piercing turned black and I had to go to the doctor. I was put on antibiotics that I am still on due to this infection. I ended up loosing the skin around my piercing and more than half the depth of my lobe as it fell off due to the infection. Currently, my ears have huge craters where the piercing was and I am hoping the skin will grow back but there is no guarantee.

Alot of the jewelry is too small, it comes with 14,16, 18, gauge needles but 90% of the jewelry was 16 - 20 gauge, half of my jewelry was missing the balls to it also, so only half the jewelry is usable. And the package was extremely late, but that isnt the vendors problem it was the delivery problem. The needles were fine and I appreciated the cleansing pads, overall I'd say it wasnt much worth my money.
