I had know idea what to expect taking these pills. I had never done a body cleanse. Let alone a deep cleanse. I didn't experience anything bad. In fact, when I was done taking it for 10 days. I felt so good! My body felt like it was brand new. I'm not kidding. I had more energy physically and mentally. I even lost 5lbs. It seemed like it was helping me with suppressing my appetite. I'm definatly buying another bottle. And I'm going to make it a new monthly routine to deep cleanse.

Felt better during and after taking. Just an overall feeling of gently being cleansed. Nothing extreme or aggressive. I plan on taking it again after I wait the 2 months between cycles. Really enjoyed it. Easy to swallow pills which was nice.

I’m not 100% sold on this product but overall not bad either. It has a good ingredient list. Has different herbs to help break down the junk inside and flush the body. You get the bulk from the psyllium husk (which I take by itself anyways) to help move waste out of your body. It is important that you drink plenty of water with this product as the husk can swell up to up to 50 Times its initial volume when added to liquid. That’s by itself can help you feel lighter just moving waste out of your body. I think some people will notice more of a difference then others. I tend to eat very healthy with no processed foods, very low carbs and no sugars. I also fast for 23 hours a day plus, which helps clear out to your body as well as many other health benefits. Due to this my body is already pretty well flushed which may be why I’m not feeling the results that others have. I have noticed somewhat of a laxative affect with this product. Please note that you’re only supposed to take this item for 10 day (2 capsules a day) and then take two months off repeat for 10 days take two months off and finish with 10 more days. So this one bottle will last you six months.

These did NOTHING for us. I was so disappointed i went on and bought a different brand that worked a lot better

I really wanted to find a product that I could use to cleanse me and cleanse my liver but the warnings on this was too much for me to want to take right now so I will take these to my physician or talk to him with a virtual appointment and see if he feels these are safe enough for me to take. If you’re unsure I highly recommend that you get your doctor to approve of this first. I like to know what I’m putting in my body and how I’m going to react to it.

I thought I would be the ideal tester for this product since I've had trouble with bodily waste removal for years. After depending on Colace and other laxatives for years, I'm now forced to take Linzess and I was hoping that this product would assist in the removal. However, upon reading the bottle I see that it has senna, one of the ingredients of a rather powerful dieters tea I used to take called Smooth Move. I think that taking prescription med and this OTC would make things worse, so my husband used it instead. Nevertheless, he didn't notice any change because he has NO problem whatsoever in this regard. He noticed that maybe his stools were looser (which to him, was okay) but there was no remarkable change.Please read the bottle before using. There are 60 pills but you can only be on this cleanse for TEN DAYS and then you have to wait TWO MONTHS before you do the cleanse again. Don't abuse these kinds of treatments!Good to see that Joe Weider is still posthumously putting out products.

Im currently on my second cycle of this product and will continue to take. Love the overall refreshed and peppy feeling my body has after each time I take it.

I noticed less bloating and more energy. Great to take to get my body for vacation. Good cleansing feeling without running to the bathroom.
