How much do I mix you to my juice or water? It seems that is the way to take it. I have lyme....

It's not going to dissolve into the juice or water, but may work that way. You can get a empty capsules and fill them. I usually just put the cat's claw on my tongue, take a swig of some liquid and mix it with my tongue before swallowing. A 1/4 tsp is 750mg. I'm not sure how much you would take for your lyme. I have family with lyme and know it is part of some treatments, but I'm told it can cause herxing.

Is it gluten free and processed in faulty that doesn't have gluten?
