Well made, solid and daoes the job.
Excellent product for the money. It's not especially lightweight, but then if it was, it wouldn't do the job. As it is, the machine seems solid and well made, it's easy to use, and powerful enough to do what you'd expect of it. I used it to drill holes in house wall made of granite composite very hard bricks, overlain with painted pebbledash render, and it did this easily and efficiently. It didn't (as I feared) cause the render to crack or flake off, and it went through the very hard bricks effortlessly. Good set of bits, and in a handy wellmade case for storage. I'm happy with this, it's great value for money.

Impressive
Seriously impressed with this drill. I was a little worried about the brand, but so far, I can't fault it. It is a heavy machine but not overly so. Drills through masonry effortlessly. I've only used the hammer chisel for a couple of small jobs but it worked perfectly, no overheating or issues. Brilliant drill for the money.

It works
Gets the job done with less effort in breaking down concrete. I used this tool for putting a fence post and it made the job easier for me when I dug a whole for the posts. It does break stones or concrete. I just hope the bits are a little longer. Looking forward to using it more for my future projects.

Very good drill
Bought this for lifting tiles all over the house and this drill lifted them with ease. Was impressed with the price and how powerful it was in doing the job in hand.it was light enough to hold and use. Would highly recommend this for any project doing.

SDS hammer drill
First use can be offputting but after 10 or 15 minutes the tool came into life. Excellent hammer drill, a great storage box, and some tools. I have used many others costing much more expensive this one is just as good

Awesome breaker
Cut through my stone cottage walls easily for making holes for joist pockets and RSJ lintel. Great value and quality.

Powerful, but basic
I needed to cut a hole through a double brick wall with a 527 mm diamond saw. My normal drill, a 550 w Bosch, couldn't cope with torque needed, overheating and slipping. I bought this to do the job, which it did, nicely! It comes in a nice tough plastic case, with about six drill bits and fittings. It is an SDS drill, so I had to get a new arbor for the diamond bit, but that was no problem (also from Amazon). The drill itself is very heavy and basic. There is no speed or torque control. It has three modes, rotary only, rotary + hammer, and hammer only. In rotary mode the literature says 800 rpm, which I can believe, not too fast but OK for masonry work and the diamond drilling. Everything about this drill is big heavy and chunky, Isambard Kingdom Brunel would have been proud of it. The cable is quite short, not a great issue. You need to be in good physical shape to hold it in place with a heavy 527 mm diamond drill and 200 mm arbor on top of a step ladder, I can tell you. It took about 15 minutes to cut a nice hole in the wall for my extractor fan, and the drill was not bothered by the loading. I did however discover that it has a safety clutch, which is not noted anywhere in the specs, and is a good safety feature as it has a mean torque when the drill catches. I haven't tried the chisel function, so can't comment on that, but for large diameter diamond drilling, perfect! I am giving it 5 stars, because, although lacking speed and torque control, it does what it says on the tin, and does sit well.
