Good Cleaner but Leaves Smears
The product comes in a typical spray bottle claiming to be powered by plants ( this is what attracted me to it along with the 'not tested on animals' logo). It's 86% plant based and 0% VOCs, Bleach and Fragrance. The bottled is also made of 100% recycled plastic. On the back it does state do not breath in mist or dust which is a concern and on the inner label a list of ingrediants and that it's a 'B' company ( looks after workers). A bit concerned about not breathing in mist as with all cleaners you sort of inhale when cleaning anyway by just breathing.Oddly there are no directions of use which you tend to find on all cleaners. Just concerned if you get the spray on fruit will it then make the fruit toxic. I'm cleaning my backsplash and hob with this as normally I use white vinegar. It sprays like a semi foam liquid. So I have applied like I do with white vinegar. It's cleaned the stainless steel backsplash but has left horrible smears. Not Impressed. It has cleaned the glass top of my cooker really well, however it has left a smeared finish. I'm now dubious of cleaning any kitchen surfaces with it as there is a slight chemical smell with it. It cleans really well but leaves a ton of smears which makes extra work if you want a smear free kitchen. Not quite an all purpose cleaner unless you don't mind smears and concerned about using it with my dog walking in and out the kitchen on the inhaltion mist front. Would I buy again, the answer is no. I'm happy to stick with my white vinegar and other cruelty free brand cleaning product.

Spray that again...
I regularly buy these general purpose cleaning sprays from the supermarket and do find them really helpful but I’ve never been very comfortable not knowing what I’m actually spraying around the house. This Seventh Generation All-Purpose Cleaning Spray contains plant-based cleansers and avoids the nasties and makes me feel quite a bit better, if also a bit poorer since it’s significantly more expensive than the supermarket contenders. It even comes in a recycled plastic bottle, though it’s still leaving me with another that needs recycling but there had to be a catch. It’s a good cleanser and is enough of a grease-shifting section to get worktops and oven doors clean and relatively streak-free - although it might take a second go to eliminate all the streaks. It doesn’t leave any noticeable residue or scent behind, maybe a nice botanical scent would have been nice but it doesn’t have one. I have slightly sensitive skin that reacts to some cleaning products but I haven’t noticed any ill effects after using this one - admittedly it’s barely in contact with my skin though. I have noticed some irritation from breathing in stray vapour from other cleaning sprays though, but nothing from this one. I’m very happy to have a more natural, effective and eco-friendly cleaning option but it is a bit pricey.

Green product green company
I am a big fan of more natural cleaning products and their are still only a limited number on the market. This one was new to me and so far I am impressed. It has been used to clean my kitchen (including induction hob) and a bathroom. It was really effective. The hob was splattered with cooking grease and splatters which had unfortunately been left overnight, I sprayed this product, left it for a minute whilst tidying up and came back to find a quick wipe with a cloth to be all that was needed to remove the mess. There is no scent to this product, which I like in some ways but it obviously does not leave a 'clean' fragrance behind and I love the fact that it is VOC free, a bonus for everyone but especially those with young children, elderly or asthmatics around. The packaging is made from recycled material and is 100% recyclable and both the product and the company behind it seem to have good green intentions. Not quite sure what to make of the 86% Powered by Plants claim, what is in the remainder of the product?! Either way it is a good all-round cleaning product which is better from an environmental and health perspective than most of its competitors and I liked it!

Highly impressive natural & eco cleaner
Very impressive cleaning! I gave a bottle to 2 others & they were both very impressed. It cleans to a shine, smear free & really beautifully.I'm finding it quite unbelievable that there is not much competition in the field of natural home cleaning solutions. Triedit at Ocado (sells it £3 a bottle). I have tried many & some are OK but not reassuring. This one seems to clean better, on grease & more tough cleaning.Powered by Plants, made with 86% plant-based ingredients (not sure about the other 14% 🤨 thus one star lost). The packaging says the rest is: Synthetic preservative? Makes me doubt its safety...But hey, at least they're honest about it.There's a lot I like about this product, firstly its BIODEGRADABLE, it doesn’t contain any Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) that impact the air quality inside your home which I think is impressive, 100% recycled & recyclable packaging, not tested on animals, cruelty free, Certified B Corporation: certified to be better for workers, communities, and the environment. It seems like a company who has high ethics. They run initiatives in the Action section of their website.
