Refurbished!
I didn't realize until it was too late that I bought a refurbished laptop. It is excellent i have to say.Only 2 things bother me.1.) There's a small dent/ding on the resting space by the mouse pad.2.) Battery life is awful when not plugged in.Other than that I love this laptop.Update on OCT 3 2020The Laptop will not turn on. It's been charging all night and the battery light won't stop blinking.The laptop will start the fan and you can hear it trying to turn on like always but it stops almost immediately and won't do anything elseI'm stressed now. Because I use this laptop for work.I emailed the seller so now I'm just waiting. Will update after I get a response.But I'd say DON'T BUY A REFURBISHED LAPTOP.

charger quit working in 1 day
The computer works well so far. BUT the charger stopped charging in just 1 day. Update 10-16. Now the the laptop will not recognize the charger. Ran battery completely down. Have new charger and battery on order to see if this will take care of the problem. If it doesn't, it goes back.

Unfortunate
After being recommended by an IT Specialist to get this computer, I was excited to receive it! The FedEx shipping took longer than expected, and unfortunately, when the item arrived it did not boot up. It gave the error of "Invalid Partition table!" which either means the hard drive failed or that there is no hard drive. This is something that could be easily fixed, but also could have been caught before shipment. I would love to just exchange this for a working one, but with the shipment to get refunded, then to wait for another, I don't see it being worth it.

A little bulky but, for everyday work and some simple game playing, it dose what I need it to do.
