Defect on arrival
The media could not be loaded. This planetarium projector is a nice thing for kids, they would like it very much if it had a more reliable quality. The one I got didn't operate from the beginning since the slide drawer was defect. And what's more worse for kids than a messed up present. Instad of giving joy you have to console. Thanks to Bresser :-(I'm sorry that I have to give at least one star but might it be for the good idea for this thing :-|btw.: the attempt to contact Bresser a week ago was of no success
