Works great , especially if you have sensitive skin. Jack Black makes great men's grooming products and this one is one of my favorites. It is by far the best after shave product I have ever used. It cools and relieves any redness and irritation without the sting that most after shaves I have used in the past has caused. Very pleasant sent that does not linger or interfere with cologne. This product last quite awhile as well. It dose not take much to cover your face. A small amount seems to cover a large area of skin. It's a gel type product that is very refreshing when applied and I love this product. It's worth ever penny. The price here is much cheaper than most stores that carry this item. I have very sensitive skin and this product does not break me out like others and the cooling effect is like a splash of cool water, not the firey sensation I use to get from other after shave products. I've been using this product for about a year now and only a few local specialty stores carry Jack Black products. During this time I may have used four bottles total. The stores that do carry these products are slightly higher in price and are usually out of stock, when I can even find them. This product and the Jack Black Antiperspirant are the two hardest to find locally. I am glad to have found an option that is cheaper and I don't have to look all over the area for them.

I was hoping to like this product more. It is a good aftershave, but for the price point, I wanted more. Pros: - Product goes on smoothly - Soothing post-shave feel - Gel is nearly clear Cons: - Gel doesn't produce a pronounced cooling effect - Aloe influence is still present after a long day; skin is sometimes tacky just below jawline at 4-5 pm, even with very light applications - The dominant scent profile is sage, which mostly just makes me hungry.

This after shave cooling gel is expensive, but you get your money's worth with it. A bottle will last you quite a while as long you use just a little of it after each shave like your suppose to. It really calms and soothes my face and neck after I've shaved. I've got very sensitive skin and this product doesn't irritate it at all. I also love the light lavender scent the gel has. I always find that scent very relaxing. I would definitely recommend to guys looking for a soothing calming after shave gel especially if they have sensitive skin.

​I was using a post-shave balm that I love. I only purchased this because it was expensive but on sale and had great reviews. When I first poured it on my hand, I thought it was just another gel that would most likely feel sticky in the end, like many of the other gels that I tried. But this is completely different. I really don't understand why it works so well. It feels almost like I'm running water on my face, but it feels great and soothed my skin. ​I have coarse hair and am prone to razor bumps, but I have zero issue with the gel. I highly recommend it.
