Valor Fitness DG-2 Stationary Upright Bench for Seated Shoulder Presses, Bicep Curls, and Tricep Extensions in a Home or Garage Gym

I purchased this and was very eager for it to arrive. It appeared perfect for my home gym and matched nicely with the gym quality equipment I've been picking up for a very fair price. Although my initial order arrived with some manufacturing problems, I contacted Valor per the box instructions and they were VERY fast to respond and VERY easy to work with. The parts that I had problems with were replaced within a week and I am extremely pleased with this purchase. The bench assembly was pretty much a no-brainer, and it's been very solid and stable for use. I do wish they'd included a couple hole caps for the foot bar if owners would prefer not to use it, but that's a personal preference and hardly a criticism against the product as advertised.Overall: 10/10!Are you thinking about buying one? Do it!!!

This piece of gym equipment has helped to round out my home gym. Sturdy and versatile it has been a solid addition to my gym.

Shipping: Superb packaging and arrived earlier than expected.Assembly: I assembled this bench myself in approximately 20 minutes, two socket wrenches is all one needs.Product: If you are in need of a commercial quality bench keep looking. This bench is light-weight but sturdy and will get the job done for beginner to intermediate lifters. Serious lifters may want to look to another higher-end bench for heavy lifting.Weaknesses: Minor adjustments to the design of this product will make this a great bench.The foot rests are too close to the seat, which may cause problems for tall users. Adding some wheels would be nice.

Very easy to put together. I brought it for Dumbell curls, but especially for triceps extensionsThe back of the seat is low enough for you to get a great extension. Definitely worth adding to your weight room.

THIS IS NOT MEANT FOR REAL HEAVY WEIGHT TRAINING AND INTENDED ONLY FOR ISOLATION, PRE-EXHAUST OR POST-EXHAUST EXERCISES. YOU CAN DO DUMBELLS OR BARBELLS FOR YOUR BI'S, TRI'S AND DELTS. IT'S LIGHT WEIGHT AND EASILY MOVED AROUND. PURCHASED THROUGH AMAZON AND SELLER DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

Easy to assemble, sturdy enough for a large man. Fit and Finnish was good

I got this primarily to be used for dumbbell shoulder presses and tricep overhead extensions. Overall, it’s alright. It’s not heavy so you could fall back if you use too much weight behind you. The seat and foot rest feel loose. You can’t tighten the screws too much in the back rest or seat otherwise you’ll just strip the inside.
