Can't really rate this since it didn't work. But the seller was fantastic about returning my money. And it wasn't really their fault that it didn't work - it was their merchant service processor's.

This model was the free terminal we got from our merchant service processor. The dual comm feature, with dial up and Ethernet, were great. The EMV reader and magnetic stripe reader work great. Even the touch screen works great. Our biggest complaints are with the buttons on the built-in pin pad and the wasteful use of the receipt tape.Pin pad buttons stick our if they're not pressed just right, get caught under the edges the plastic casing. Response from the button press is slow, too. This terminal uses 3" wide receipt tape, but print out for each transaction equates to about 12" long paper. The settlement reports each night also print a lot of blank lines, resulting in extra long receipt tape, too. With our old terminal, it would take is weeks to go through a roll, including printing duplicate copies for customers. Now, with this new terminal, we've gone through a roll in just a week!
