RUDDINGS WOOD Hanging Wild Bird Feeding Station Feeding Metal Mesh Tray Dish and Water Dish Bowl

I noticed some birds drinking from my leaking hosepipe during the hot weather so decided to look for a bird feeder with a water bowl.This one was a good price so I ordered it.It comes almost put together, just few things to clip in. Good size. Has a wide tray bottom to allow different bits of food to be scattered and the water bowl is just right.It’s all weatherproof and easy to clean.I hung mine on the washing line as the cats often hide in the bushes to ambush the birds.Within a couple of hours the birds were landing on it to explore 👍🏻

An excellent bird and water feeder, well made and strong........BUT the 4 hooks which attach to the top hook DO NOT FIT and you can't put it together. They are made of very strong metal and will not open up enough to go onto the top hook. VERY, very frustrating. No doubt I can get a neighbour with tools to do it but that isn't the point.

I like it. Its sturdy sits well in the tree in my garden and the birds love it as more of them can use it. Its a good size. I ordered another.

Overall I would say that this is a great Bird feeder with a few small draw backsFirst of all the over all design is very simple and there are only a few support rods to fix in to place. The issue I found was that the supports are made so that they just snap in to place. With mine I found that the loops were too close already and I had to prize them open damaging some of the plastic coating. Not a deal breaker but could be an issue if you had arthritis or for the elderly.The few other things to bear in mind is that the basket is rather large so be sure you have enough space to hang it.Finally if you plan on filling up the water dish you will need to take a jug to the station to fill it. The dish will come out but you have to twist the basket to get it out (ok as long as the basket is empty).

I liked the Product because of it's good quality and the fact the ring between the struts stabilizes the feeding dish so it does not swing uncontrollably when the bird's land and take off.They are safely out of the way of predator's.It cleans easily and I have had one of these Hanging Bird Feeding Dishes for a few year's now and there is no signs of rust or deterioration at all.Good Quality.Good Price

QUITE A GOOD PRODUCT - ABIT HARD TO ADD THE TOP BARS TO THE RIM

I was looking for something like this to stop the birds from making a mess. It is so easy to clean, I have taken out where the dish for water is and using garden wire I have put a Bird feeder in. Excellent design. The birds are happy and so am I.

It is so much better than the round one’s you get this is much bigger and more solid as it doesn’t tilt when the big birds land on it I don’t use the water bowls on it as I already have birdbaths so I feel it gives the birds much more room without it. The reason I bought this was the last round ones I had had chains which one of my birds got its claw caught in it but these don’t have chains as it has metal polls instead.
