A must have for G users. This does everything that you need. Very comfortable grips and sturdy. You can't beat the price. I have had mine for years. I strongly recommend.

I attended a pistol class and it rained all day. After a day of rolling around in the mud I needed to clean not only my magazines that had been dropped in the mud multiple times that day but also my pistol that had recieved multiple muddy magazines that day. I used this kit to disassemble my magazines. The magazine removal tool allows you to remove the base plat quickly and without damaging the base plate. Since the kit included the Glock tool I decided to clean the firing pin and safety parts in the slide. The Glock tool worked flawlessly to remove the slide plate and to reinstall it. The main reason I purchased the kit is the front sight on one of my other Glocks, one that was put on by a "Gunsmith" who apparently used no loctite, had almost fallen off of the gun and I needed the front sight tool. The front sight tool fit the small screw and allowed me to get the screw tight enough. Glock wants way to much for the Glock tool and Glock front sight tool so if you are not going to be working on a ton of guns I recommend this set of tools.

I’m not lying about the title; with a caveat.1: Magazine tool works as advertised. Its made of Billet Aluminum and Anodized black. Works perfect of Glock factory magazines. But i had trouble with the Magpul variety.2: Pin punch? What can I say? Its a punch. It works...on all 3 of my Gen 3 pins.3: Im extremely impressed with the front sight removal tool. We (gunsmith) were unable to remove the front sight on my G17L due a slide deformation blocking access to the sight screw. (Refer to picture 2&3)However the inner to outer wall thickness of the sight tool is 1/2mm thick; allowing it to fit in the tightest of spaces.

The three tools are great as I use them often on my job. Maybe glue a small felt pad or something similar on the bottom jaw of the plate remover though. If you don’t squeeze the magazine ears enough, you can over force the tool and the bottom lip can scratch the plastic on the Glock mags. Other than that, works as advertised and easy to carry in a pocket. Only down side is smaller surface area increases fatigue if you are doing a lot of mags. The real avid version is larger and not as easy to carry but doesn’t fatigue me as much when I gotta take a bunch of plates off.

I bought this Disassembly Tool Mag Plate Remover when I bought the Glock 26 extended magazine plates. Yes, I saw several YouTube videos detailing how easy it was to use a screw driver to disassemble the mag plates. I also saw how they fiddle and fumbled with the screw driver, which is why I came out of my pocket to buy this tool. For me, the first mag was tough to do, but after the first mag practice run, it was easy to disassemble the next five. It took me less than 10 minutes. You can get injured with a screw driver. The worst that can happen with this tool is it slips out of the hole and the place holder springs out. If time and safety is important, use a similar tool as this one and not a screw driver.

Great tool for removing the mag plate on my Glock 19. I was struggling trying to change it out with a extension. This tool is constructed of sturdy metal and removed it with ease. Great value for the money... especially when you are only using it periodically for your own personal maintenance and adjustments. Don't scratch and scrape your pistol trying to make another tool work.

Good quality for the cost. This is a good basic tool set for home smithing of Glocks. I cannot say how well the durability is for professional use but if you need to clean you Glock mags a few times per year, or disassemble your G occasionally for cleaning or to change out a part or if you want to install a new set of nightlights without paying a gunsmith, this is a good set.

These are good tools you'll need to keep your Glocks clean and in perfect working order or to upgrade them. These tools work and you get 3 tools for almost the same price as one Glock tool. All 3 tools work as they are supposed to and do make whatever you're doing easier. Nice little set.
