I've been buying from this seller for almost one year. Always fresh, clean, and good quality. I love raw buckwheat, it has a natural taste, gluten gluten-free, fast and easy to prepare.

I couldn't find the usual coarse grain buckwheat pancake mix, we'd get from our local grocery store. Piggly wiggly moved into the building, and took over, and they no longer carry anything decent. So, I'll make my own version. Buckwheat is my favorite. Just use real maple syrup, not the fake type. Delicious. Texture cooks well, is a great price for the size, versatility nutrient packed product. Yupik is one of the best I've used.

Great buckwheat for making buckwheat flour, great tasting buckwheat crepes, since it's not roasted it preserves all the key vitamins and minerals. Very healthy and delicious crepes

This was so delicious. Either cooked, or made like over night oats better than oatmeal ever was. Its got a little texture, but a nutty taste that is good plain, with fruit, or sweetened with a little date syrup. And its gluten free. Makes a great quinoa replacement too. Tastes so much better . excited in a salad or with a vegan protein.

This is a great product; very economical/ a good value compared to competing brands. The quality is great; grains are whole with no debris in the product. It cooks up well. It can be rinsed and cooked or toasted before cooking, so getting buckwheat in its raw state offers versatility in preparation. We've purchased several times now with consistent quality and will continue to purchase. I would definitely recommend this product.

Yes..I had this in a stir fry the other day..cooked similar to rice then put in the stir fry..great taste amazingly good..I am not sure if this can be sprouted for salad sprouts.. I'm going to try it though..

I think it's a good product , it's organic and a gluten free option , I enjoy a variety of gluten free grains so I like to have several on hand , it seems to be good quality and I'm always grateful for a organic healthy option for food , I wouldn't hesitate to purchase them again I'm satisfied with it and I'm still using it , thanks for a great product

It's fine. I just don't know why I would eat something that tastes like dirt. I washed it both times i cooked it. Both times I fed it to my animals. I tried toasting it even. It's not something I would eat unless nothing else was available
