The product is not one size fits all. During the course of the hour or two of wearing, it slips and ends up pushing the head forward. It took a while to figure out how to put it on correctly and I couldn't get it off without help. Having said that it is comfortable to wear and it does do the job of correcting the posture.

Bought this as I'm sat at my dining table to work amidst the current pandemic, and it's doing a number on my posture. This is comfortable to wear, although it can rub under the armpits at times. Definitely helping me be more aware of my posture, but you have to bear in mind that it won't necessarily do the work for you - it just makes you much more aware of your posture. Still recommended.

After many years of bad posture office work, slouching in from of the TV and stooping a bit whilst walking, wearing this for only a week (I think actually 5 days) during the daytime and then leaving if off has pretty much returned my posture to where it should be, standing and sitting.Initially it felt uncomfortable pulling my shoulders back to where they should be, but after a week I noticed that I was correcting myself as soon as I fell out of posture, whether walking, standing, or sitting, and that it was uncomfortable to be slouching. I have also now set my car seat to be more vertical and that's more comfortable with my shoulders and arms and neck in the right alignment.Since the first week I have worn it for only 2 days to be sure to not slip back into back habits, but in general now feel stronger and taller, and have also noticed my abs being more supportive.Really pleased with this support - it must be as good as the those advertised for 4 or 5 times the cost. I can't see how they can be better.

I bought it to assist posture but straightaway on trying it on it was not a comfortable fit and rubbing under the armpits and no much room for adjustments. I was not able to feel any posture benefits.

After using this product for a good 2 hours it started to rub and hurt.

It's a struggle to get on and tighten up the straps, also cuts under the armpit so not that comfortable. Okay to wear for a short time, reasonable for the price though.

Surprised to find something so inexpensive worked so quickly. Took a while to get used to wearing but it makes me stand more erect with shoulders back. It’s obviously in the correct position as it has worked for my back pain.After wearing two hours every day for first two weeks I now only need to wear it for about two hours every two or three days.
