It arrives with a pump. The pump is quite useless, and even if you had the will-power to use it, I doubt it would last. Fortunately, I have a compressor, and that became very handy on this occasion. In fact, I would say you really shouldn't buy this thing without owning a compressor. Also, you need to have a garden hose to fill up the base with water.But, this all is besides the point, as my kids managed to break the bottom of it in less than a week. It wasn't a puncture hole or anything either. There is a part of the bottom that is not easily seen, but it apparently is the achilles heel of the whole thing. It broke right there in an unfixable sort of way. Now, these are a couple of active kids, and they dragged this bag around a bit, and they did kick it around, but this is what this is supposed to be for. Fortunately, it was out on the deck, and the gallons of water leaked outside. If I had it inside, it would have been a small disaster.Anyways, I would avoid it, if I were you.

I found this punching bag to be very easy to assemble and set up. I filled the bottom with water. It was easy to blow up and functioned perfectly fine as a punching bag. However, the bottom part was inadvertently kicked once while punching it, causing the bladder to tear and leak water everywhere. Needless to say the punching bag was ineffective once the bottom part was gone. As long as you don't kick or step on the bottom part you'll be fine.

If this could just stand upright, it would be perfect! Even though water was put in the base along with the air, and air was put in the top part...it still doesn't stand upright without leaning. So, therefore, it doesn't come right back to you as it should when its hit.

I got it on time, but there seemed to be further instructions missing; I do love instruction manuals, they're a good read. So I've had a hard time putting it together. There's a pocket in the bottom meant for water but it leaks like all the time even though they claimed it was in "very good condition". Ah well, at least I'll have something to unleash my anger on.

I liked this item the reason why it 4/5 stars is because it takes so long to fill with water and with air with the little pump

I bought this for a christmas present for my son and he is somewhat satified with it. He complains that it moves too much, he would prefer one that gives more resistance.

The bag is well designed except there is not enough resistance. It would be a good choice for a woman or young person but inadequate for a male of average strength.

Excellent training punching bag for aerobic session. Do not expect hard punching out of it as it will burst. If you keep it low impact, is a great aerobic excercise!

Wir suchten für unseren 8 Jahre alten Sohn eine Möglichkeit, seine Wut "kontrolliert" abzureagieren und sind recht schnell auf den Boxsack von Everlast gestoßen. Ein Boxsack, der an der Decke aufgehängt wird, kam wegen mangelnder Tragfähigkeit (Altbau) leider nicht in Betracht.Also den Boxsack bestellt, Lieferung erfolgte wie gewohnt schon am nächsten Tag, die untere Kammer mit Wasser gefüllt und los ging's. Mein Sohn hat es allerdings immer geschafft, so stark zu schlagen, dass der Sack sich zur Seite gelegt hat und nicht wieder aufgestanden ist. Anonsten ist das Teil tatsächlich recht strapazierfähig. Dachte ich bis vorgestern. Dann entdeckte ich einen feuchten Fleck auf dem Teppich und ahnte böses. Tatsächlich: ein kleiner Riß an der Naht war zu erkennen, aus dem es munter vor sich hin blubberte. Also... nichts wie raus mit dem Ding aus der Wohnung.Ein Anruf bei Amazon genügte und ich bekam postwendend Ersatz, obwohl die vierwöchige Rückgabefrist bereits abgelaufen war. Vorbildlicher Kundenservice - vielen Dank dafür!!! Wir haben den Ständer jetzt nicht mehr mit Wasser, sondern trockenem Sand gefüllt. Das hat zwar eine gute Stunde gedauert, ergibt jedoch wesentlich bessere Standfestigkeit und wir haben nun keine Sorge mehr vor einer evtl. weiteren Überschwemmung. Mal sehen, wie lange das Teil diesmal durchhält ;-)

I have had this product for 1 month now and I think it is great for the whole family because it is just the right height for everyone.Also this Punching bag is great because if you are not using it you can just deflate it then pump it back up again when you want to use it again.I use this every day and I think that this is a very good way of getting fit.My only dislike about it is that it is made of thin plastic and so it can burst if a sharp object touches it.

Cela fait un an que cet objet est gonflé dans la chambre de ma fille de 10 ans qui tape dessus tous les jours ou presque avec ses pieds et ses points et il n'a jamais bougé.Attention ceci n'est pas un sac de sable non plus, mais en faisant tenir par un adulte il n'y a pas de problème.

We filled this with water (options are sand or water from memory). It was fine and very fun. After a few months though it burst while not in use and we ended up with gallons of water all over the carpet. So be careful.

The good thing is that it is cheap but yet the pump is very hard to use
